Heard about this bakery from Alma S. and just happened to be in the area, so we decided to check it out. The bakery is super cute with different things to offer. They had different baked items like conchas, empanadas, and cinnamon buns inside these cabinets. There are also a table with different cookies and slices of cakes in the frigerated area. There was a tray and tongs at the main table for you to pick your items. The cabinets have glass doors, and the cookie display are also glass. I was there with my 3 year old, so I made sure we were extra careful because he's like a bull in china shop. We checked out and since we spent a certain amount, we got a chance to get 5% off on their toy basketball hoop. Super fun idea! They also gave some candy to my little one. It is the perfect spot to pick up gifts for birthdays and special occasions, as everything is gorgeously packaged! Had the pleasure of finally checking this place out. I wanted to try the conchas aka pan dulce. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who is the daughter of this family owned and operated establishment. Pleasantly surprised on the selection of treats they have to offer. The conchas were a hit and went great with morning cafecito. We tried the cinnamon roll and was offered cream cheese frosting or regular and a topping. We warmed it up at home and it was amazing. The slice of tres leches cake with strawberry was sweet and creamy, not soggy. We'll be back soon for the flan and try the cookies. It was nice to meet the family. read more

I've visited the bakery 3x already and customer service has always been excellent from three different workers/owners. We came late in the afternoon and saw some cookies, conchas, non-bake treats, cheesecakes, specialized cake slices, and fruit empanadas (guava, pineapple, apple). I tried the guava and apple flavors. I also inquired about savory empanadas and at this time they only offer fruit fillings. I purchased a couple of desserts on my first visit: chocolate flan and the lemon Carlota cheesecake for my daughter. The chocolate flan was not too sweet which was really nice and delicious. This place and their cake used to be so good. They opened in March 2025. I ordered my first birthday cake in June 2025. Cake was good. second cake was in August 2025. Cake was okay. Third cake, red velvet, it was disgusting, not edible. Cake ended up in the trash. Prices of the cake I ordered were $60. Thought I give them another try since I'm ordering the same flavor as the first cake. I was surprised she charged me $95. Fourth cake was picked up yesterday, April 11, 2026. Worse cake ever. it is not again edible. Ended up in the trash. Cake was very dry and chocolate mousse tasted sour. This does not even taste like a chocolate mousse. Whipped cream on top doesn't have any taste. I don't think she knows how to make chocolate mousse. My kids did not even touch the cake. For the past 16 years ordering cakes from different bakeries from Bay Area and Tri Valley, I have never had a worse cake and bakery than this. Then she didn't do a fondant birthday sign as she said and made printable paper instead. This place should be out of business as the quality of her cake just went down the drain. Giving it a four star because it just opened for business and still expanding its bakery inventory and gauging any in-store changes to accommodate future flow of customers - which makes prudent thinking. However, it deserves to patronize it now as, let's face facts, dedicated and more specialized bakeries are non-existent west side of Roseville near or around Foothills Blvd and farther westward. Besides the mostly Filipino bakery not far from this new one, now we have an authentic Mexican bakery which is a few doors away from Bel Air's supermarket.
