Parking lot here is huge since there are other businesses in the plaza. There are some seating inside and window/bar seating as well. I really wanted to try the Dubai Chocolate Shake since my friend recommended it and they did not disappoint!! Perfection in a cup. The kataifi topping is heavenly and pistachio sauce drizzle, perfect!! Loved every bit of this drink and if you like pistachio, you'll love this! Love a good texture in my shake lmao. Yesssss Baskin-Robbin's!!! I love it!!! The sherbet is the best when I do eat ice cream. This is my fav location and very good customer service!! Today o came for my mom and got her Jamocha almond fudge with coconut nutty. It was very busy for a Sunday but the line went quick!! It's always clean and lots of seating. I love the owners of this location. They're so friendly and kind. Every time I bring my kids in they smile at them and are so patient as they decide on what they want to eat (while obliging them with as many samples as they want even when I try to curb their free mini meal). I've come here a few times to pick up ice cream cakes. I've found that strangely it's always a few dollars cheaper at this location than other 31 Flavors in the area (I'm looking at you 'turkey' cake). The interior of this store is always clean and well organized. they have minimal in store eating areas, but they're clean and comfortable. Honestly, for being a franchise of a huge chain, this location feels much more mom & pop/neighborhood store than you'd expect. read more

We've been to this store a few times. Last night after having dinner across the street, we stopped in to have ice cream with Sweet Granddaughter. She was actually interested in a popsicle, but "settled" for ice cream. Dear Hubby sampled a few flavors, as did SG. I can't have true ice cream, and the options for non-dairy were more limited than I would like, so I just had to go with instinct. I had the lemon sorbet, which was very light and refreshing. They had non-dairy cookies & cream, but that flavor isn't really my jam. Interestingly, SG ended up picking rainbow sherbet, among all the other flavors she could have tried. She also decided she liked my lemon sorbet and kept asking for more bites of mine. It's my impression that this is a franchise location, owned by a family with several family members working behind the counter. They were welcoming, and the place is kept clean. The interior decor looks very dated, though. This ice cream shop could use a visual makeover. We were there on a cool evening, so not the height of desire for ice cream. They likely do well on hot days / nights with proximity to the high school. Wish they had a few more non-dairy options. Bring back Watermelon Ice, for example! read more

I feel sad writing this review. This location is my favorite location to visit. The other night I walked in close to 9pm to get a cone. When I walked in I noticed one of the guys mopping or sweeping the floors. Then he put the broom/mop done to come help me. I was thinking for sure he would either wash his hands or put gloves on, but sadly he didn't. He touched the cone with dirty hands. I didn't want to make a big deal because the manager was in, but it made me so disgusted and I don't think I'll return. Please pay attention to cleanliness a little more. read more

I took my wife here to get ice cream after eating across the street at Habit Burger. This place is in a big plaza so there are ton of places to park. If you come here at night time like I did, you'll notice that the lights around the parking lot flashes which I think is to keep homeless away. When we walked into Baskin Robbins, they were basically empty with 2 workers inside. My wife got the rocky road single scoop in a cone and I got the oreo cookies & cream single scoop in a cone. We both thought our ice cream was good and we ate it inside the store. They had some cake on display and we thought some of them were nice but I know it cost more here than other places. read more

This branch is located in a large center with a large free parking lot that never seems to get full. Ordered the Oreo Cookies and Cream ICE CREAM CAKE was a hit: it's a 2-in-1 dessert, cake and ice cream! There was no line to get in or to order. The workers were fast and friendly. read more

I normally love this Baskin Robins but not today. They were way too unsanitary! An Indian customer was in there and she never stood 6 feet away from us nor did they enforce it. They never wore gloves in getting our ice cream and even touched our spoons without gloves on. They allowed their Indian friend to stand real close to whomever she wanted to. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. At this Baskin Robins, I ordered a custom cake for a party. The cake was a picture cake that I emailed to Baskin Robins, along with requesting "bright yellow" and a "Happy Birthday" message. Upon picking up the cake, the photo was bubbled, it was dim yellow (not bright), there were marks of ink from the printer, the picture was not centered, and there was no birthday message. The sales associate told me he would give me 3% off. I was displeased and he called the owner, who offered to increase the refund to 9% off the purchase price. I requested a redo, but was informed that the decorator does not work on Saturdays. Being that I had a house full of guests and the party starting in 2 hours, I had to take the cake. The cake was rushed and their was lack of quality control leading to poor service and horrible decorating. I do not recommend Baskin Robins for a custom cake and will never patron this location on Chatsworth again. read more

I went in for the free birthday scoop. It seemed tiny and it's $4.39 if purchased! I got a layered OREO sundae and it was missing layers. It only had fudge on the bottom and 1 layer of cookies. That was it no cookies between layers or on top. I had to ask for fudge on the top. The ice cream scoops were tiny. He didn't even know it was supposed to be 3 scoops of ice cream. They were so small it was like 1.5 scoops. For 9.99 it was definitely not worth it. I've had this sundae at other Baskin Robins and had trouble finishing it. I scream! You scream! We all scream for Ice Cream. So when the kids or little woman want their fix, we go to Baskin Robbins. In no particular order: Banana Split Banana Royale Brownie Sundae Hot Fudge Sundae Rocky Road Chocolate Chip Mint Chocolate Chip Chocolate Fudge Chocolate Brownie (when it's in season) Clown Cones Ice Cream Sandwiches Cookies N Cream, and way too many more to name. I think they went well above and beyond the 31 flavors motto. They even have ice blended coffee drinks to go along with their malts and shakes. They even have prepacked pints of your favorite and most popular brands of ice cream. The people working here are always super friendly, even when the kids want to try every flavor they have in the place, then say they are full. And even more so when you walk in 5 minutes before closing, and they don't rush you in the least bit. Everything they make tastes just as good, each time, no matter who is making it for you. Round all this out with soft serve cups and cones and its not hard to figure out why we choose Baskin Robbins every time we want ice cream!!! read more

I ordered my 15 month old toddler a small ice cream. I went to give him a bite but he was distracted by his older brother(thank the Lord!) and I took the bite instead.
