This is usually my favorite place to get ice cream but today was not one of those days. We went in to purchase buckets of ice cream and cones. There is a woman who is possibly a manager because she isn't dressed like the others. She's an older woman with short hair. As we were getting ready to pay she yells at the person helping us. I was so embarrassed for the employees because she yelled at her in front of customers and gave her the dirtiest look. I don't understand what happened but as someone who supervises also, you do not yell at employees period especially not in front of customers. So disappointed. Hopefully the owners read this and realize what a terrible person they have behind the counter. My apologies to the employee for not speaking up in her defense. There's plenty of Baskin Robins so I'll take my business elsewhere. All of my family purchases cakes there but not after I share our experience. read more

Best location ever, extremely clean and professional service. I walked in and was instantly greeted by an employee who assisted me with an ice cream birthday cake. I got stuck late at work and he could tell I was in a hurry! He was very helpful and quick, got the cake out of the freezer for me, put a few birthday decorations on it and rang me up in under 3 minutes! Thank you so much! Ive been coming here at least 3 times a week for years! And my parents even longer. So bad but what can I say I'm addicted. My go to order is a cappuccino blast and when I try it at different locations it just doesn't taste as good or have that perfect consistency that this location gives. Plus their employees are always really friendly. Don't underestimate the coupons that come at the bottom of the receipt. For a while they'd give a l $1 a medium or large beverage coupon on each receipt and they're survey codes you can fill out to get $1 off too. I know places like baskin Robbins can be a little pricey but there's ways to save! To the person below who said they don't take coupons, they just don't take outside ones. They're not the only company who does that. I once got a gift certificate from dominos because of a bad experience and couldn't use it at another location. Same thing with BWW, different locations have different happy hour prices and menus. Honestly every time I go to this location it's just wonders and good vibes, has the chillest music and workers, if you stop by ask for ALEX(with the tattoos)the man does wonders with ice cream and will recommend some good flavors, plus this kid has a great attitude and chill af what else would you ask for. ICE CREAM!!! Sorry had to scream it :] Anyways, you can never go wrong walking into Baskin-Robbins. 31 delicious flavors, it's another form of heaven in my book. This particular Baskin-Robbins is always clean and everyone is quite pleasant. They're never too busy except for like 31 cents day or any other promotion that would have people pour in to an ice cream shop. Parking is a struggle. There's like 4 different businesses trying to share that one lot and not everyone is gifted with the ability to park a car. Street parking is your best bet. read more

There's several other Baskin Robbin locations around my area to go to but I always come to this one. One reason is because it is a clean and an inviting environment but the second reason is because me and my son like our order made in a very specific manner. A young employee named Alex; wears glasses and has tattoos always gets our order right. He's made our experience very personal and warm every time we go. He even has a secret handshake with my son which is very fun to see. I'm glad that when I go to grab a quick fix of ice cream I also go for the augmented customer service as far as being able to be served by a companion not a complete stranger. I had to "Yelp" this location. Fri night 08/03/18 I was trying to find a little last minute ice cream cake for someone's birthday. I called this store, a very friendly young man answered and told me they had a great selection. I drive over, the store was super busy, yet all the employees were cheerful and welcoming. A woman I'll assume was the owner helped me find something perfect and then wrote a beautiful message on the cake! I was so happy! I really didn't expect this service when they were so busy. This BR has been around for quite a long time now. As I drive by, I see this place change a little bit more every time. My dad introduced me to their Iced Cappuccinos and I fell in love with them...(the cappuccinos in general). My favorite flavor was daiquiri ice...an interesting preference for a child, I know. The ice cream is good, but I'm not too fond of places that have become super chains. Even Cold Stone is still acceptable, as their ice cream is much more creamier. I love having this location so close to my house. That being said, I must share that I truly enjoy the exceptional costumer service they provide here! Although I almost always know what I want, I enjoy asking for samples of new ice cream flavors or just flavors I haven't tried or even just cuz lol.. the staff here is friendly and helpful.
