Strawberry Cheesecake Scoop was wonderful!!! Frosty Ice Cold scoop enjoyed the big chunks of strawberry fruit and big chunks of cheesecake cubes. Stayed cold until the last bite. It was 99' outside, I sat inside and enjoyed their wonderfully cold A/C. It was fun to people watch and see the flavors diff people chose. Customer service was not good. I asked for Reese's Peanut Butter cup flavor and when I got home I opened it and it was PECAN?!! How rude! What if I had an allergy to pecans??? Kids and I stopped in the other day and we were so impressed by their service! Nate greeted us as soon as we came in and was so nice to the kids, that even they took note. First thing they said as we left was "he was so nice mommy!" Admire service workers that are friendly and take pride in their job. Makes such a difference and keeps you coming back. Not only was it clean, they also had my kids favorite flavor which is rare to come by (pink bubble gum) so extra bonus!! Great service, great ice cream.. definitely will be back! read more

This is my go to birthday cakes! The owner is super nice and staff members are so kind. The space is clean and couple tables to sit and enjoy a scoop or two. They always have cute cakes in the freezer so if you're in a rush to grab a cake this is definitely a spot to grab one! Employee followed me around the store, even when I asked her not to. When I realized this behavior was to continue I left without making a purchase, even though I was ready to make one. However, the sales person was persistent in following me, even though I insisted it was not necessary. I came to realize that the sales person would not stop, so I left without what I wanted. I just wanted to be left by myself, without any malaise. Acting as If she had done her job correctly, the girl wished me a nice day as if to rub salt into a wound. Went there the other day with my dad and it was amazing! The woman who helped us was the sweetest and very helpful. I couldn't help but notice how she was with a dad and young boy before us. The boy was so excited and she matched his excitement which was so cute. She made my day with her kindness and smile. We got some scoops of chocolate fudge, daiquiri ice, and baseball nut. Those were some very delicious flavors. The chocolate is chocolate in a good way. And daiquiri ice was refreshing. Will get them again. While enjoying our scoops there we got to chat a little with her and got to talking about the cakes. She was working on a zombie unicorn cake at the time which was cute and cool! She is very talented. The other premade cakes in the fridge were beautiful and definitely looked tasty! I will definitely get a cake in the future from her! And come back for ice cream! read more

Rude servers and tiny amount of ice cream. There Is a woman server in the afternoons that is terribly rude. I will never come to this store again. She acted like she was making the ice cream scoop bigger and bigger, but she was actually making the scoop smaller and smaller by scraping off all the edges. In these difficult times this just seems so petty. read more

I brought the little girl that I nanny for here today and she ordered 2 scoops in a rainbow sprinkle cone and she was happy as a clam with her ice cream!! I ordered a cup with the milk flavored cereal ice cream and a scoop of cotton candy ice cream and it was amazing!! The store is super clean and the young man that helped us was very nice and kind. Very disappointing experience. I spoke to the manager Este on the phone about purchasing a tub of ice cream and she wouldn't sale it to me. I have been coming to this location for years and have also purchased a tub/ half tub . Pricing is typically $100 for a tub and she wouldn't sale it to me. I live far from this location and come here for one flavor that is seasonal. Very ridiculous and will not be returning. I also am seeking all options to further this situation. read more

I never thought I would be writing about a Baskin-Robbins location negatively. You can't go wrong with their tasty ice cream right? I ordered a two scoop caramel sundae to go. This is the second time this location has been cheap with their scoops. This sundae looks nothing like the one shown in the store or online. I get that inflation has kicked in but they couldn't scoop a decent size? Ridiculous. I'll take my patronage somewhere else. McDonald's one scoop had more in It's narrow cup than the one I purchased here. Sad. read more

I come here once in a while if I'm on Fair Oaks Avenue. The parking lot is very tight, at least around this area of the businesses. So don't be surprised is somebody door dings your car This Baskin Robbins has been here for quite awhile. The ice cream and their sorbets are not expensive compared to most other gourmet places. Here you pay a couple bucks for a scoop and another buck for the second. Not bad at all! Well, Right Aid is still the least expensive. My last ice cream experience was the Strawberry Cheesecake. I can't believe I chose that over the Snickers and the Cookies n Cream. But I guess my tastebuds was craving for something more fruity... but not the sorbet fruity... LOL. I was pleasantly surprised with my decision. My Strawberry Cheesecake was a hit! It hit the spot on a 99° degrees afternoon. It was creamy as it does taste like cheesecake with the strawberry kick. Even though I don't believe they use fresh strawberries, but the strawberry topping was delicious as it went well with the cheesecake. I've tried other flavors too previously such as my favorite Snickers and their Cookies n Cream too. They're all delicious too, and I highly recommend those flavors too. Save yourself a few bucks and go to a Baskin Robbins. You can't go wrong. read more

This location has been under new ownership for a while and is due for a well deserved positive review. I had nothing but good experience when coming here. The new owners are always pleasant and friendly. They always make sure that you know all of their upcoming promotions. Whether you buy one scoop or a whole bunch of ice cream, they sure show their appreciation. One experience that stands out is when someone accidentally left their wallet at home and was not able to pay for their ice cream, instead of being annoyed, the owner was like just come back and pay me next time and buy some more ice cream! Owner here is very rude. Walked in on a Friday night about 15 minutes before closing and was yelled at -- "We are closed!". The poor girl who was working behind the counter was getting ready to take our order, but after she heard him yell, she put the ice cream scoop down. No worries! We will spend our money elsewhere! I placed a same day order for a small custom cake on Friday after the location closer to me had rudely denied my request. The owner himself, Zia not only took my phone order but he also told me he would be the one to make the cake. He was very kind and asked me very detailed questions about how I wanted the cake, even things like what color I wanted the writing to be. He was concerned about compromising the quality of the cake and cautioned me that it was very short notice and that the cake may not harden completely if not left in their freezers for long enough. So i came in 6 hours later and let me just start by saying, of the 3847328912 BR cakes I've had, this was definitely one of the best tasting ones. The chocolate cake was uber fresh and even moist (somehow). the ice cream tasted fresh and always plentiful in pistachios. The cake was worth every dime. Honestly, it's Baskin Robbins. You really can't go wrong. I've seen some of the 1 and 2 star reviews, and I just don't agree with them at all. I've been here plenty of times, and they've never disappointed me. The customer service has always been really good. The staff actually takes the time to help you with your order instead of rushing you. They also recently remodeled the place, so everything looks clean and updated. If you haven't been here in a while, or at all, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself. read more
