Have to have the Jamoca of almond fudge, cookies and cream, and Rocky Road! Sitting was very Limited, so I took it to go. I had to eat it fast because it was melting. Only one person running the damn place. She has to clean, scoop and pack the ice creams, blend the drinks, wash the equipment all while a gradually growing line of costumers in a small store builds up. Couldnt grab the pint of ice cream from the fridges because they're locked up so she has to go unlock it and bring it to the register. Standing in line for 10-15 min already just to get one item. I came in and was immediately greeted by the workers even though there was a long line of people waiting to be served. The only thing I would say about this location is that it gets really busy in the evening to the point that they don't have time to wipe down the tables for the next lot of customers. Customer service is excellent. I would suggest one employee take a few minutes out to clean the tabletops while the other two continue serving. It's hard to enjoy your tasty ice cream when the tables are sticky and you're forced to wipe it yourself or eat in the car. Other than that, they're awesome! read more

Horrible service. I cannot even fathom giving them a one star. The hours for this location of Baskin Robbin is from 11 am to 10pm, every day. My family of four came to this location at 8pm to find out these two girls working there ( blonde hair and brown hair) put a sticky note on the glass entrance stating that they are " closed" and locked the entrance door. As 3 other families other than mine were waiting outside the entrance, the brunette girl opened the door and said, "we are closed" and we had told her it says, "you close at 10pm so why are you closed two hours early." The brunette girl proceeded to close the door on our face and say they are, "short staffed" with two employees and only 3 customers inside the facility at the time. Pathetic. Lazy workers that want an easy shift. The same three families along with mine that were waiting decided to go to the Baskin Robbin's off Pacific Ave. near Bevmo... Guess what? They had two employees that night as well with a line going outside the glass door. All the customers went over there while this pathetic Baskin Robbin's off West Lane shoved away their customers. Today I went to this location. The sign on the door said 2 people in at a time, so I waited outside for a long time. I went in one someone came out. They're preparing food on the back counter, and working very slowly because they're more focused on taking to each other. Then these 2 employees turn around and they both have their masks pulled down to their chin. They were preparing food without their masks on covering their mouth or nose. I used to work at the Baskin Robbins location in Trinity Parkway and our owner actually cared a lot about customer service and scoop sizes being perfect and all that. This Asian girl that was working when I went in today at 3pm on Sunday April 28, was not only super rude and quiet, but she didn't even make real scoops!
