Went into Baskin Robbins because my husband wanted to try the Dubai Sundae. They were out of the original flavor, but we ordered it anyway. I also ordered a pint to go. When I got it, it felt light, but I didn't check it until I got home. Once opened, it was clear the pint wasn't filled properly and was missing a lot of ice cream. It was disappointing, especially since pints are supposed to be packed to the top. Guess I have to stick to cold stone . read more

Haven't been to a bask in Robbin's in years. Fun to reminisce just how many flavors and appreciate oldies like "Jamoaka almond fudge"! The kids loved it! It looks tiny on the outside but it's just small on the inside, not tiny only two tables for seating in and one out. Went in to try the Dubai Chocolate Sundae and it was a huge disappointment, by how lackluster the serving of every ingredient that went in it. My wife ordered a pint of ice cream, same problem, the pint was a little more than half way full. It was just unacceptable. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered a Banana Royal and was served what looked like kid-sized scoops. When I asked, the employee/owner(older Asian lady) insisted that's what it comes with a kid scoop and said I'd have to pay extra for more. I've ordered this before else where and never had that experience. The service/vibe felt rushed and unwelcoming, and for the price, the portions just aren't worth it. read more

Last min cake for my daughters birthday so we stopped by and thankfully we found a cute mine cake just in the flavor we wanted, it was decorated with a red rose which I removed and added my own mini cookies and crumble on top finished off with a Cinnamoroll cake topper to complete the look. My lil one loved her cake. It was perfect for the 4 of us as well!! I was in and out quickly! It was pretty good read more

Today Sunday June 21 at 5:50 i ordered a Two scoop sundae and i didn't even get a full scoop, the ice cream didn't even last the cup and there was so much space in the cup with little ice cream. The girl who served me had brown hair, White hispanic, had a pony tail or braids couldn't remember. finished my ice cream in 5 bites EXACTLY. read more

I wanted to surprise my husband for his first birthday year to be able to spend with our son together so I wanted to do a video game theme. I placed the order online of 1/3 sheet that serves 8-12 people 6" x 8" Oreo Cookies 'n Cream with chocolate cake flavor that was $39.99. I end up calling to see if they can add a simple video controller on to the cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. She said they will try there best to and the fee would be $5.00, but to add that note when you make the purchase online.s. I wouldn't think it'll be that hard to do a simple video controller and if it was too costly I wouldn't pay for the design. Also, I didn't want fondant on the cake since that tastes nasty so I ask them to do a simple design on it. Upon arrival, the staff showed me the cake and it came out super adorable. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff did advise me to put it in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before serving. After the birthday event, my husband and guests all loved the cake. They thought it was super cute as well as it was delicious. I would definitely come here again to buy for future party events. read more

First of all.. There are so many flavors to choose from. I cant resist my ice cream sundae! I came in on monday, I was welcomed right away with "Hi welcome in! How are you?". The girl was extremely patient with the employee she was training and was great helping us at the same time. She was multitasking so well, even in the stressful situation she was in. A+ for her. My ice cream sundae was perfect. Mint chip with hot fudge! They have ice cream bars that are delicious! Pralines is our go-to The employees are always working so hard every time i come in, and the three dining tables are perfect for this cute small Baskin Robbins. Wow, you stand waiting patiently in line for 10 minutes and then someone steps Cuts right in front of you and of course the employee takes that person. I wish you people would pay attention. Came here on Sunday to get 80 cent scoops. It was chaotic, lots of family's and people in line waiting to order.There was 3 workers. 2 Employees and I believe the owner. Although it was SO busy. Michael and Nikki worked hard serving everybody a quick as possible. The Sweet Asian lady was also such a great help as well with helping the line move. The place was clean even though, there was so many people. For having such a busy day with the crazy deal for the 80th anniversary, they took it like a champ and were amazing. Kristy the Boss of baskin robins is a complete jerk to her coworkers. I went in for a shake and the working employee gave me exactly what I wanted and she yelled at an employee. Absolutely no reason to be yelling at them while they're doing their job. Never coming back again because of that shitty boss! I feel bad for the employees. read more

The blonde female employee who worked on Sunday June 22, around 8:00-8:30. Was super rude when I came in to grab my mobile order. Told me I can't just walk in and grab my order (RUDELY) mean while the sign says mobile order. And she claimed I had to show her my order receipt which I didn't mind, when I was going on the app to show her she was giving me attitude that she must see my screen when I'm clearly trying to get on the app to show her. So when I'm showing her my screen to see me enter the app. All she says is I'm good, she trusted me. Mind you I hadn't even gotten to the section to show her my order receipt. She never once even saw my receipt. The way she came at me and spoke to me infront of others customers was rude and embarrassing. If they needed to see the receipt I completely understand it's the way she spoke to me the entire time that was so rude and unprofessional and I hope whoever is the manager and sees this review speak to her and retrain her on how to properly address something to a customer. read more

I love Baskin Robbins but this location will rob you of what you pay for. They give you smaller portions for everything. Then will charge you for "extras"when it comes with the order. I recommend going to ANY other BR location. Not this one. Trust me! read more

Thursday, August 29, 2019 1:15pm. Stopped in here this afternoon to experience the flavor of the month for August 2019 (Oreo Mudslide). This is an incredible ice cream flavor. Wow. Not sure it could get much better. It's a good thing I don't work at Baskin-Robbins, I would weigh 300 pounds! The young female cashier (#6122) was not very friendly. I will say that was kind of odd for a Baskin-Robbins where everybody should be happy. This is a very small and older Baskin-Robbins location. There were three of us. I had to stand. They only have a few seats, and those few seats are only designed for two people. Add a third chair and you're in everybody's way. Very narrow walkway. No outside seating. Came here with my husband on Tuesday sometime in early afternoon. One worker greeted us and she was mopping. She kept asking what I wanted, didn't seem to be very patience. She kept mopping while mumbling then went behind counter, washed her hand 3 seconds without soap!!!!!!! I didn't want to get crazy while deep inside I was cringy all over my body and my husband almost laugh at me. If there wasn't any other customers sitting there, I would really say something. I didn't want to make a scene so I bought a scoop and ended up dump it outside. My husband knew how it is irritating me since I work in public health too. I cannot imagine!! 4 stars for effort because the vibe was welcoming and the employee was nice, but this is not how I remember Baskin Robins layered Sundaes. I was given 3 baby scoops of ice cream with light toppings. Pretty underwhelming for almost 9$. Cup felt a little light and wasn't full. The single scoop rainbow sherbet was good though. read more

Just came from there. Got a regular 28 oz take home ice cream. Wild n reckless. Lilianna packed it perfect, got me 10 sugar cones to go. 5 star service from her! Then when I paying with my card. The other girl worker, takes my 28 oz take home ice cream and takes a big scoop out and returns it to their ice cream. Closes my take home Ice cream and bags it. - minus 2 star!! My kids have been going here since they were babies. The owner seen them grow up. I've even the owner at places by Palm Springs and San Bernardino area. We see each other and say hello. Only Baskin Robbins I go to. But that what that employee did, put a sour taste in mouth about going back for a minute. read more

Have been coming to this place for over 15 years. When you walk in, they treat you as if you are a family member. Amazing how the lady remembers my wife and I and always ask about our son. She is the sweetest person ever and great service and love the ice cream. They put extra effort when they do birthday cakes for you. I highly recommend this place. read more

Had Door Dash deliver me two quarts of ice cream to my home as I was oddly craving frozen sherbet. (And no, I'm definitely not pregnant.) I forgot how good Baskin-Robbins ice cream is and was just reminded. I ordered one quart of mint chocolate chip and another quart of the coveted Rainbow Sherbet. Seriously do not buy from this Baskin Robbins especially when the female Chinese manager is there. I asked for a kids scoop and it was literally 1/3 smaller than the normal size and it's $2.50?! Are you kidding me? If you're going to be frugal with the amount you give, then you'll lose customers. You just lost one right now. Adios! read more

Whenever my bratty little princess wants ice cream, this is usually the place we come to. The inside is really small, with seating for about 8 - 10 people (about 4 little tables with 2 seats at each). The staff is typically high school age/teens but they've always been courteous and as professional as an ice cream employee can be. You can get all of your Baskin Robbins favorites here, along with a majority of the cakes you see advertised at this location (currently, my daughter loves the turkey shaped cake). The best part about this Baskin Robbins is when they have their scoop specials days, they don't skimp on your scoop (I've been to other locations where the scoop of ice cream they give you is a bit smaller, since you're getting a discounted price). read more

Waste of money! With my new son I rarely have a chance to Get out. So I asked my husband to go get me a chocolate shake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I figured it's an ice cream shop you really can't mess that up. So he comes back with what looks like milk with a tiny bit of ice cream and no chocolate. He said he mentioned it to the girl that it was watery and it didn't look great. And her rude responses well why don't you just taste it. My husband not being a confrontational person just took it home to me. It was so disgusting I threw away my seven dollar shake. It's not even worth driving back down there to get a better shake because I would never go there again. Just a fair warning you probably shouldn't get a shake from this location because this is my second time of this happening read more

I'm 8 months pregnant and had a crave for some rainbow sherbet. Tonight they stay open until 11 and around 10:40, I had the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. Baskin Robbins usually has vibrant and welcoming associates yet there a girl tall Caucasian blond hair with blue eyes(didn't catch her name) she was so rude to us. She gave the smallest scoops and when asking her questions she was super snotty about all her responses. I wanted the ice cream so bad yet with the terrible service i felt from her I couldn't imagine spending my money there. They should really train the employees to be nice and welcoming! read more

Wow! If you are used to normal Baskin Robbins you will not like this place. Very dirty and unkept. We came by in the summer too and I remember It being extremely hot inside without air conditioning. (perfect time before closing rush btw) there was no line and one customer was waiting for his order and another customer just got handed his order as i was walking in. i walk up to the register and stood for someone to come take the order. there were 3 or 4 girls on shift and at the time 3 were on the opposite side of the counter. 2 of them stop their conversation and the one with the long dark curly hair, thick eyelashes, green shirt and black apron asks me in a not so welcoming way "do you need something" i nod and say "yes" to which she replies again in a not friendly way with a not friendly look on her face "what" so i said "i need to order" back in the same tone i was spoken to. so she sent some other, very nice girl in all black, to take my order. I've only had one other experience like this a while ago when one girl was rude to her coworkers and customers with her booty shorts hanging out right in front of the nuts and sprinkles.
