We were stunned at how beautiful the decor was inside of this place, including all of the unique seating and light fixtures. After finding a comfy nook in the back, all three of us decided on the praying mantis cocktail. Our bartender delivered the drinks to our table, each garnished with a flower. It is the cutest, most quaint space you could imagine. We started out with the cheese plate and some drinks. Everything was excellent. I opted for the elk, my husband the 8 oz steak and our son the kid's burger. Everything was hot, seasoned perfectly and although people complain about the prices, the portions were hefty and definitely worth it. As we were leaving, I happened to come across Brass & Anvil and decided to call on a whim to see if they had any availability for Christmas Day. To my surprise, they were fairly open and able to accommodate us, which ended up being such a blessing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Luke (I believe that was his name), a 16-year-old host with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness. He seated us with care and made us feel immediately welcome. Our server, whose name I unfortunately can't remember along with Luke, provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, and there was not a single complaint at the table. The drinks were fabulous as well, perfectly crafted and enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations!! We had an amazing experience at Brass & Anvil and would absolutely return.
