He took half of it to go. I loved the spring berry salad to which I added grilled shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I tasted their summertime special beer which is brewed using strawberries- didn't care for it so I went with wine! Zach was our server. He was very nice.

As a brewpub there is a large selection of beers that should satisfy any beer lover. I just got the homemade root beer which was completely underwhelming which was lacking any flavor, lacking in both the earthy taste and in sweetness. The green chili pork with hominy was the soup special I had and it was great. The tortilla strips added a nice crunch and the green chili had a nice spice to it without being overpowering. The fish and chips were alright, with the fish being a bit under salted and the coleslaw being a mushy mess and the tartar being very basic. The fries were nice as they had a nice crisp and were seasoned enough. Our waitress barely ever came by and gave us the check like the restaurant was shutting down but they were still open another hour and other sections were still full. Getting rushed out was a bit odd but didn't ruin the food. Descent enough spot but offers nothing special.

Server asked the manager and then reported the kitchen fee is only applied to food, not drinks. A lie. When I asked the manager, he chalked it up to a computing glitch. Another lie. The kitchen fee is despicable on its own and adding it to drinks is just dishonest.

I'm leaving yet another... 5 star review for The Pullman because every year I come dine at this…read morerestaurant I am blown away. First off, the most notable thing about this experience was the genuinely most amazing waitress I think I have ever encountered, Grace. Grace was the kindest soul, she took such amazing care of us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Me and my family will go out to eat now and say "she was good but not as good as Grace". Second off, The food was AMAZING per usual. I had the Wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly, I usually hate going out for steak because I find it to never be seasoned as much as I'd like but this took the cake. The blue cheese dip with chips was so delicious, like possibly one of the best things we have ever tasted. We also tried to carrot cake sorbet which I know sounds odd but it was so delicious, you can tell the kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into this food. My husband got the special, which was like a Turkish ricotta stuffed pasta and it was AMAZING. Even my sister who got the wagyu burger, AMAZING. My only critique was the hostess was very rude to my family for no reason when we walked in which almost turned my parents off from trying to the most amazing restaurant. Luckily, the service got amazing after that. Everyone was so kind and helping everyone, just a great atmosphere. They also had the Knicks game playing which was great haha. I can't wait to come back next summer for my favorite meal despite living states away we will always make it back to The Pullman.

It's definitely a place that we'll come back to. They have a bunch of excellent beers and there is a food truck in the back that serves delicious wood fired thin crust pizza and other "gourmet street food" according to the writing on their truck. We had two of their large pies and an order of Wisconsin cheese curds. Between the four of us, I think we are all but one slice. As for the beer, I think we had at least 6 different beers. They have a great selection of pilsners and lagers that are around 5-6% abv, which is good since we had to drive. They also have a couple coolers with soft drinks for kiddos, DDs and those that don't drink beer. They also had a couple of hard seltzers available. All of the beers we tasted were great. I'd recommend getting a flight of 4 if you want to try a few different kinds. My favorite is probably theirr Free Stone lager. The space is pretty unique. All parking is in the back in a crushed stone parking lot. There is a deck off the front and the back. I think most of the action is either inside or on the back seating area. There was a gigantic TV inside where there was a football game showing, but we stayed mostly on the deck outside except for coming into get more beer and use the restrooms. There were three restrooms, M, W and either. Lots of high top tables inside and a handful of rocking chairs on the back deck. Be sure to bring a jacket or other layers because as soon as the sun goes down, we'll, it's Colorado so you should know. The temps dropped pretty quickly. It's a great place to bring well behaved dogs and meet up with friends for good food and drinks. We're adding it to our down valley rotation.
