Hello everyone, I came to this place Sunday August 9th 2026. I want to say that although the workers were very kind, the line moved slowed and one worker was on the phone practically ignoring the costumers. I am not satisfied with this place and very disappointed with the service. Hopefully next time the workers will be moving faster and have some speed in their motors. read more

Bath & Body Works has allowed a known account system defect to remain unresolved for over a year. Despite repeated promises that the issue would be fixed, the company has failed to provide a legitimate solution, repeatedly offered ineffective troubleshooting steps, and continues to deny access to rewards and benefits that customers are entitled to receive. This is not a minor inconvenience , it is a documented system failure that Bath & Body Works has failed to properly escalate or correct. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete absence of meaningful follow through from a major corporation are unacceptable. After a year of repeated attempts to get help, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and lack of urgency shown by Bath & Body Works. read more

Great location at Lennox Town Center. Convenient location with plenty of parking. This visit was the crazy event known as candle day. Staff were super helpful and friendly this visit, but they always are. Everything was well stocked for the event and I arrived at the right time as I didn't have to wait to get into the store. It's a smaller location compared to Easton, or Polaris, but always has my favorites. Great for a quick stop and when I have to hit up the other shops in the center. read more

Baby K liked a tiny Xmas hand sanitizer my mom gave her, so we stopped in for something similar. Clerk by the door pointed us towards something appropriate, and told us they were on sale. (BBW sales are ongoing and a bit deceiving, but, that never stops people including me from going hog wild.) Other staff were super friendly and helpful too, to K especially. We got some scents she liked and a couple as gifts. Also a couple of holders and other accessories. Small store, surprising considering the size of the stripmall. Packed with interesting stuff. I'm usually in BBW for gifts, not myself, but still enjoyed it. read more

I initially rated them a very bad one. They stepped up to the plate and acknowledged the issue then went beyond my expectations. They replaced everything in my order and gifted me with $30.00 to spend in store or online. My faith, confidence and love for this brand is restored. read more

I walked in after making a large purchase at the Easton location for which I discovered I was over charged. Ryn warmly greeted me at the door and as soon as she learned of my issue she immediately began to correct it resulting in refunding me over $40! She was beyond kind, patient, and accommodating. She efficiently and thoroughly corrected another stores mistake to the financial detriment of her own store. This store is fortunate to have her! read more

I stopped into check out the Semi-Annual Sale. I was promptly greeted by a friendly staff person, but they pleasantly gave me some time and space to go through fragrance options when I said I'd like to browse. There are always new seasonal scents to check out at the sale after all! The store was clean and organized, and it was easy to see everything, even on the large sale tables. The cashier was friendly and efficient. There is plentiful parking available in the shopping center lot out front. read more

I've been to this location of Bath and Body Works twice now and my experiences couldn't have been more opposite from one another. Located in the Lennox shopping complex directly off Olentangy River Road, this location is super easy to find and there is plenty of parking out front. Now the first time I visited, it was one of their busiest days of the year. They were offering $8.95 three-wick candles while supplies lasted and when I arrived, there was a line out the door. The entire staff was prepared for the rush and they couldn't have been more organized. It took about forty-five minutes before I actually took my first step inside, but the entire experience was great. The staff was fun, they had just about everything in stock, the other customers were excited, and the energy was great. I was able to purchase several candles and I couldn't be happier. I left really impressed. Flash forward to my second visit and it was the polar opposite. I walked in and not a single person greeted me. Now, I used to work at BBW and I shop there often enough to expect someone to greet me and point me where I need to go. Instead I saw two men towards the front of the store with aprons on, one of them sitting on his phone, both completely ignored the fact that someone was in the store. I walked around for about 5 minutes before leaving, having never came in contact with a single employee. I had a few questions about the sale going on and was again looking for candles but decided to leave empty handed instead. Fingers crossed my most recent experience was a fluke, but until I see otherwise, this location is a 3 star for sure. read more

Staff is aways friendly. Super convenient for online ordering & pickup, though I feel comfortable shopping in store sometimes if it's not busy. It's not a large location, but it's very close to me so it's the location I shop most often. read more

I visited this store today, 4/20 around noon and the two cashiers were extremely rude and laughed after a customer had left after their card had been declined. One cashiers name was Amanda and the other one I'm not sure. Amanda also said "wow your family must be really dirty" to the customer in front of me when she purchased a lot of soap products. Well the soaps were on a great sale of course she was going to purchase many of them. For how much online shopping is done now, you would think these cashiers would go above and beyond to make the in-store experience exceptional for their customers. Not today. The woman with the bunny ears on the floor was nothing but wonderful to the customers. I would expect better out of Bath and Body Works than the experience I had at this location. read more

This is one of the nicest bath and Body works locations I've ever shopped at. Although a unique location because of its small size in the Lenox mall the staff is always courteous and friendly and they're able to fit in a surprising amount of inventory for such a small store. Everyone is always helpful and courteous and I've had nothing but good experiences. read more

I stopped in to buy a birthday present for a party I'm going to on Saturday. There was plenty to choose from and I found a combination already to go. As I checked out, Greg could not have been more helpful offering tissue paper since I told him it was a gift. I love the fact that this is right around the corner from where I live. I don't know why they don't close this location. Was greeted right away, but then had to go to the counter to ask for help when I couldn't find what I wanted. Employee who came from around the counter to help me look really didn't know what she was doing. She said they didn't have what I was looking for. I asked her if it had been discontinued and she had no idea. She asked another employee for help. Second employee said she would check the computer. Went behind the register and promptly started ringing someone else up. No problem. I can wait. After she gets done ringing up that customer both employees went back to unpacking boxes. Never got an answer to my question. I'll just order online. read more

Really, really nice atmosphere for a B&BW Yes, I know B&BW is a chain retail location so usually you come in with some expectations about your experience. Yes, it looks like any other B&BW location. However, the store was not disheveled in the least. Employees kept reorganizing shelves to their perfect state. No random bottles hidden. No digging for products. Yes, employees are friendly. But these employees were real. The two women working asked people for help, but didn't hassle or persist. "I'm just looking" was sufficient to let them know don't bother me. Also, they had an extra 20% off coupon, which certainly made my day! All-in-all, I really like this location. It's also not super congested to access since it is in a smaller plaza, not a mall. Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Walked in after being told from my friends that they had gone in here to shop a few days ago. Cassie (one of the sales associates) told me that I wasn't allowed to shop in here (despite the girls I was with having shopped there just a few days ago) but could place an online order and pick it up. She asked what we were interested in and we said candles and wallflowers. She then told us that we were allowed to come in and smell the candles. ONLY the sale candles however. We couldn't continue another 1 foot into the store to smell the wallflower candles. One of the other sales associates (she was very nice) offered to bring other candles for us to smell. The spotty rules that this store occasionally follows and makes up day to day is extremely frustrating after having driven 30 minutes to visit this location. It takes 10 minutes to smell candles vs 40 minutes of me trying to read descriptions online and placing an online order and waiting for customer service to send to the store while I'm waiting there for it to go through. From a public health safety standpoint, which makes more sense I ask you...? Grandview bath and body works has lost my business read more
