The salon keeps track of colors and products used so they are available when we move again. I've been going to the Fair Lakes Ulta every 6-7 weeks for just over a year. The store is always clean and I am welcomed upon arrival. Ashley, my hair stylist is friendly, professional, and skilled. She always asks questions and makes recommendations before starting. Personally, She always thanks me, is gracious and kind. She is in her early 20s and frequently talks about her family in a positive way. She lives within a few miles of her family and is always happy to talk about spending time with her younger siblings and traveling with them. She is smart, kind, and truly seems to leave positivity with everyone she comes across. She has such good energy. I leave my appointments feeling beautiful and relaxed. I booked a salon appointment for a wash and style. The stylist was very rude upon me walking up. Then told me I was wrong and that I had never booked it, that it was only a style, as well as she had absolutely no time for me. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her by even being there, despite having booked an appointment. I was also not given any effort to resolve the situation or help me find another stylist. I ended up leaving without receiving the service I had specifically scheduled. I've always had great experiences at Ulta, so this was especially disappointing.

One of my favorite go to place for discounted stationary, cards, house hold items and toys for kids…read moreduring the holiday season! This store have more supplies than other Dollar tree around the area and they are almost always so full of stock and much cleaner than most stores in the area. Everything is now $1.25 and cards are sometimes $0.50 each. Staff are always so quick and nice and happy. Love this place! Would always recommended this place for crafters and teachers!
