The staff at this location were very helpful, greeted immediately and assisted with making sure I knew the sales in store and on their app.

I called to see if you had the scent I wanted and was put on hold to check and was told yes so I drove for 40 minutes to pick up only. Total waste of time as they don't have the scent and made we wait as they called the other Irving location to ask if I called the other store in error. this store is literally across the street from me .. i come here so much that ive become friends with the employees .. today was the last straw for me .. i'll drive to lewisville or euless from now on .. the employee who i talk to ALL the time walked up to me & go "you need any help today sir?" and she knows me and goes oh hey maam and giggles .. honestly i didn't see anything funny because she literally talked to me 2 days prior .. all in all .. the correct greeting would've been "good morning noon even..you need any help today?" read more

I love BBW (even worked there in high school and college), but the store manager at this location is the absolute rudest person! Every time I've been in and asked her a question, her response is condescending and nasty. I feel sorry for the other employees who work for her. Corporate should really take a look at her performance and retention rate. read more

Love BBW but this is by far the worse store. I do still go sometimes because of the convenience of the location, but even though the employees are mostly super nice, there is a big problem at the manager level. All of the times I have had issues here is because of the manager. The latest was I had bought some items on sale, and after the sell ended new fragrances showed up so I wanted to exchange a couple of my items for the new fragrances. I was told they didn't have any, even though they showed fully stocked online. When I pressed the manager, she said she could not bring those out until a certain date, even though if I purchased online at FULL price, that was no problem. I was told I could not exchange for those items and that was the end of it. I went to my favorite store after that Highland Village BTW, and no problem at all! Exchanged my SALE purchased items for the NEW items no problem at all! This location is just shady and not about costumer service but about always looking at the way to stay on top!!!! read more

I love this bath & body works! Its tucked in the shopping center in las colinas on mac arthur blvd! They are always fully stocked and the store is always neat and clean. You are always greeted by one of their friendly staff members that are willing to assist and be helpful to helping you find what you need! Be sure to sign up for their rewards program!!! Love coming to this location. It's always clean and organized. Typical size store since most of them are small. Smells great and the employees try to help you find what you need. Make sure to sign up for their emails for the deals and discounts. Parking can be a little crazy since this place is located close to other stores. There's enough parking but you know there are crazy drivers and no one knows about yielding. read more

Convenient location close to my apartment, beats having to drive all the way to the mall then having to deal with the traffic over there. Whenever I walk in, I'm always greeted but nothing other than that. Sometimes they ask me if I need help finding anything, other times they don't - but I'm okay with that cause I normally don't need help. I'm the type of person to walk in, grab what I need, then walk out under 5 mins. The store is always organized & clean. There's never a long line which is nice. Even on weekends! (That wouldn't be the case at the mall) Any encounters I've had with the staff were all friendly. Overall, I'm happy this location is so close to me! read more

All the workers here were very nice. The 2 is just because of a worker there named Steve. This is the first time I go to the store and I see a promo going on but 3 get one free. I got a lotion that's "aroma therapy" and a body spray. When I got charged I notice I was charged for all three. Long story short I asked one if the ladies there and she said it was not part of the promotion and said sorry for the confusion and the guy Steve adds a comment "that's on them". It's not on the customer to know all the details. It's on the workers to tell the customers and not give them attitude when they ask. Like I said the lady apologized for the confusion and I was not upset or mad about getting charged for all three items. I was just asking and she explained. I am simply obsessed with the Bath and Body Works pumpkin candles. I have to get one every fall. Really if I could eat this candle I totally would. I also love their antibacterial and hand soaps. They are worth the extra couple of bucks to have some sweet smelling stuff for guests in the kitchen and bathroom. They are always running sales here too and making down the shower gels and lotions. I don't know what it is, but the cashiers at this particular location are so rude. I recently moved to the area and both times I've been in, no one greets me or assists me at all. Their layout is different than the B&BW I used to go to and I walked around the store today looking for home fragrance sprays for a while before finally finding them on my own with no help from employees. They were too consumed with their own personal conversation I guess. They even said goodbye to another customer but said absolutely nothing to me. I don't expect them to be like LUSH employees lol but basic customer service skills would be appreciated. Even though it's further I will drive to the Euless from here on out. I was cleaning the house, and I realized I did not want to smell Sweater Weather another day. Bath and Body Works was having their $10 off all 3 wick candle, sale. As soon as I walked in, Raquel greeted me, and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. Normally, I say I'm just browsing. This time, I told her I was looking for some new scents. I don't like spice, cinnamon, or anything remotely fall smelling. I prefer fresh, clean, and sweet smells. She not only steered me to scents that would tickle my fancy, but she went to go look for some on the sale table. Her personality was very personable, but not pushy. I liked that she greeted everyone, but still made me a priority, until she made sure I was taken care of. I walked the store just to "smell" if there was anything else I might like. Another associate saw I had a questioning look, and immediately asked if I needed anything else. While I was questioning if the soft scent would actually permeate a room, a customer walked up. The associate politely said that she would assist as soon as she finished helping me. It was refreshing to see these two ladies be so positive, on a Sunday, and with a store that was starting to fill up. I really on planned on purchasing two candles, tops. I ended up with four, and a $60 tab. Even with a sale, that is a lofty price for candles. Especially, when you can get something comparable, considerably cheaper. However; my customer service and overall experience was 5 stars, and tens across the board, thanks to the Raquel and her peer. read more

I am SO disappointed in the customer service in this Store. I use to shop at this location all of the time. After today I'm glad that this location is out of the way. I'll never return to this Store. Not once was I greeted or even acknowledged while I shopped around the Store. At one point I was directed behind an employee and it was as though they saw me and walked away. There was a lady that walked out and told me "good luck on them helping you." Thankfully I went in knowing exactly what I needed and didn't need help. I stood up at the register for a few minutes before a girl came and checked me out. Never asked me anything or even give me a famous return coupon that BBW always gives their customers after a purchase. I had hoped I'd have a survey on my receipt but I did not so here I am on Yelp and throughly disappointed with this BBW visit. read more

I love B&BW and tend to buy most everything online from B&BW. I love that I can return/exchange anything! I've noticed that what a candle smells like cold, isn't necessarily what it smells like lit. So this isn't a complaint against B&BW products, just the service I experienced at the store. It probably was just the one associate, but she seemed overly annoyed that I would dare to exchange something I had recently bought online. When I returned to the counter with a newer fragrance I wanted to try she said,"you won't like that one". Thinking that maybe I just misinterpreted her suggestion, I asked if any other fragrances would be coming out soon, something strawberry scented . She had the audacity to tell me that she remembered that I bought one like it last year and had returned it! I could not believe it. Another customer outside said she would have bawled the associate out in the store. So, I know what I experienced was not "in my mind". I'll be the first to admit I exchange what I do not like. I do not ask for my money back and I make several purchases online throughout the year totaling $50 to $100 each purchase, of which I do not exchange or return. Also, on my way home from yoga, I stop by the store so I probably wear the same outfits each time. But if this associate has that great of a memory, she needs to be working for the CIA face recognition department and get a life. Any exchanges or returns a customer makes is not money out of her pocket and if it annoys her that much, why not try to suggest something I would like??? Too bad for her that I will share this experience with B&BW corporate, yelp and the hundreds of women I work with at a nearby retailer. You're better off buying online, not in this store. read more
