For some reason I always have a hard time finding it. Everytime I see it I always buy 3-4 of them. Right now I have 2 in my freezer (sticking them in there keeps them fresh and bacteria free) I came by on a whim to see if they had any in stock but they didn't and they were out online as well. So Jenn J. suggested that maybe we could buy a dupe. Well she must of went through at least 15 shades of peachy pink before we found the perfect one. Smashbox's Be Legendary lipstick in Pretty Social. It's a close match to my beloved Sephora and after wearing it for a couple of days-I think I might like it even better...thanks Jenn J. When I went to check out...the cashier Gwen saw that I had tons of Sephora points and offered to find me something as a free gift. She went through the trouble of digging behind a bunch of boxes to find me a Clinique make up kit that had a whole bunch of stuff in that I was looking forward to try....thanks guys for another great experience....be back to buy more...because 3 drawers full of lipstick isn't enough...I need more...

A very trendy clothing location for men and women…read more Don't expect help in here... lots of employees but none that actually want to help people. They are all busy ringing people up, folding clothes... or talking to each other. The style in here is fresh... dressy with out being stuck up. We were shopping for my oldest boy... he is in that in between size where he is too big for young men clothes but not quite big enough for men's clothes. It was a shame because he really looked good in a couple of things here but they were just slightly too big. Again not a bit of help though... I sure we could have found a few things that would have fit him... he is such a good looking you man and this is the perfect style to give him that boost into confidence of knowing you look good! The lady who helped me find the wigs was super helpful and zi asked her what kind of dye I could use for my hair I explained to her that i was losing my hair and taking minoxidil for hair loss and that I needed something gentle so it would not damage my hair further and something that I could cover up my gray hairs with and she suggested a great product for me she also explained to me that she does not like suggesting products to customers because she is not in the beauty industry and does not know much about it and did not want to be responsible but she had heard someone saying that it was good for those same issues. I took her suggestion and color as well and later that evening when I put the color on my hair it looked almost perfect. I understood where she was coming from, she did not want to recommend something and it not be good for me or my hair then she would feel responsible however she took a chance, and I told her it would not fall on her. I also purchased some wigs from her, and their wigs are very fairly priced, and they have A LOT of different ones too they will allow you to try them on and if you decide to purchase one they have them brand new in the back in different colors so that is something super cool about the place. The trick is when you start hating everyone and everything that comes through the door that your servicing, it's time to quit and find another job. I'm not gonna call out the worker here. The truth is is once I served up kindness and compassion and patience at the cash register, the atmosphere of the service starting to change. Went in to help my friend's daughter pick out a birthday present for her 14-year-old friend. We made our way around the entire store and felt comfortable and enjoyed looking at items and picking them up and trying to figure out what would make a good gift. Settled on some new fancy I am an old person don't understand it/scrunchie thing and a cup that look like a strawberry with plastic leaves. Great selection cute store, and very clean. My last word on this is this area is a little uptight and I don't know if you have to walk in like pretty woman at the end of the movie but a lot of the stores are suffering in the customer service department.

nothing really special to say about this particular location. probably b/c I do not visit any…read moreSally's enough..but when I do, this location and the one off pleasant hill are the only ones I've been to. in comparisons to the 2, I'd much rather go to this (Johnson ferry) location. here's why.. | PROS: | - friendly staff (they actually smile & greet you when you walk in) - helpful staff (ask them any question about dying, highlighting, deep conditioning and they can show you what to use) - they are very well trained to show you which aisle the product (that you're looking for) is located - if available, they offer you coupons before you check out - a lot more parking space at this location | CONS: | - a lot of pedestrian traffic during the day since there's a kids/adult dojo next door - you must pay an annual fee for their Sally's membership card to save {all locations}; I only recommend this for frequent shoppers tho - when it comes to certain products like hair dying brush and dye mixing bowl, there aren't many choices

After a few minutes, she walked over and gave me some "pros" and "cons" of beauty waxes that they carry. She listened more than she talked and really took the time to help me with my purchase. I'm happy to have had the chance to walk into this beauty supply store and this nice young lady (sorry, I didn't catch your name - but you were the young one who told me there was a middle schooler at a nail salon that did you nails one day..) really made my day. Very unpleasant experience today, they have signs that all Christmas related items are buy one get…read moreone free, however when you check out, it's actually only taking off an item of less value. So, if you purchase 2 identical items, but have a third item of lesser value, it only takes off the one lesser value item. Not truly a buy one get one. Anyway, in my confusion the manager (I assume) informed me in a very rude and condescending attitude that she had been in retail over 30 years and this is how every business operates. When I said I didn't think that was correct, she just walked off. I also witnessed several other customers asking the same question.
