Every BBW has pretty much the same layout/products. I love all the collabs they have had this year, the Disney Villains, Milk and so on. This location feels busy every time I go. I kind of get a bit overwhelmed with all the scents so I try to stick to what I want to checkout/buy. I almost always buy a sanitizer holder & refills. I came to this location to purchase a few items and was greeted by the girl and guy at the entrance which was nice. The location is clean and well organized. I did have some questions about some items but couldn't find anyone to help. Some other customers were waiting to check out but they couldn't find anyone to check them out either. Eventually they left and so did I. The two staff members that were guarding the front entrance were too busy in their gossip conversation that they ignored the rest of the customers. I'll try a different location next time that has staff that can assist the customers. read more

Soaps, cremes, lotions, candles if it has a scent it's here. Products for what we could now say all genders from all ages. I got beaten up by the security guard here for flashing. I ended up Banned & Bloody. Must be the Banned & Bloody Works. In the north suburbs of Minneapolis at a very trendy and busy mall named Roseville, is this location of Bath & Body which Barbie thinks is absolutely awesome and has a lot of good products. Our fave in the MPLS area, for sure. Although it's probably the busiest. Her take: I love BBW! Who doesn't? They have the nicest soaps, especially the foaming kind. I only come here about once a year, but it's always a highlight of my trip to MN. It's right after the holidays, so I get to stock up on all the sweet deals after Christmas. My Aunt is obsessed with shower gels, so I make it a point to come and get her gift here. Since they have so many scents and fragrances targeting both men and women, it makes it all the easier to grab these stocking stuffers for everyone in my family. The displays can be a bit unorganized and there's always some excess gel or lotion clinging to a few bottles, but the options aren't too picked over. If you're prepared to come out smelling like a blend of all their bottles, then you'll be fine. Employees here are always very friendly and efficient. They make sure I have a shopping bag and don't roll their eyes when I ask them to ring things up separately and bag them separately. There's no hesitation to hand me a few extra bags and tissue paper so I can go straight from the store to the holiday party. If they could make a fragrance to capture my Aunt's enjoyment when she opens her present, I'm sure it would be a best seller. read more

The other foam soaps have nothing on Bath and Bodyworks yummy scents. I love the way my hands smell after washing them. I had been out forever and finally made the trek to the mall to stock pile. To my surprise, a lot of their inventory was 50 percent off. Lots of great scents. Their 5 for 20 was also happening. I got a little carried away, but put some back on the shelf when I got my total. Eek. The girl helping me out was delightful, funny and so personable. Received coupons for my next stock piling splurge. One of the few stores I will haul myself to the mall for. I'm a big fan of Bath & Body Works and have used their products for years. This review isn't about the products, but about the service at the Rosedale location. Anyone who has shopped at Bath & Body Works knows that their employees need to take it down a few notches on the intensity scale. I don't like being pounced upon the second I set foot in a store, but because I like the product, I put up with it. If I need help, I know where to find the ten of you on the floor (when some of you should be behind the cash wrap ringing people up). And that's my gripe today. There were a bunch of sale staff on the floor, but only one person ringing with a line of customers. This one bubbly lady bounced over to me and asked if I was paying with cash or credit. I said credit and she told me to follow her to the front of the store. She pulled out this drawer where there looked like some scanner device to pay. She told me the other sales person just left and would be back in a moment. And then I waited. And waited. She came back with another customer, and rang him up first. Then she rang up my four candles and said, "I'll be right back with some tissue paper," and left again. And I waited. By the time I was finished, it would have been quicker just to stand in line at the cash wrap. If they are going to try new technology, especially before the holidays, they really need to get their act together. Stock the area so you have what you need, make it look professional and not like the junk drawer in the kitchen, and the customer experience is just as important as yelling, "Welcome to Bath & Body Works. THEY ALWAYS GET ME WITH THE CANDLES COUPONS. AHHHH. But seriously. I can't resist this store. It's pleasant on my wallet, though. Especially when it comes to gifts. I find myself coming back time and time again, especially when the new seasonal items roll out or when I'm simply low on soaps or candles. One of my favorite self care items is the foot relief cream that has mint. I find it so therapeutic and it totally works for me. One of the minor issues I've had is the staff service and response, especially around the holidays and later in the evenings. They don't seem very pleasant or thrilled to be there. While I understand enduring long days, customer service is key to the success of the business, so I am hoping management encourages positivity and finds ways to boost morale for their employees. read more

I am so disappointed at the way I have been mistreated as an employee by store manager name Sarah as well as the Company. I've worked with this company for five years at the Roseville mall when I started back in 2015 of May. I was first a sales associate and moved quickly to become a top seller because of my experience in sales and was recognized by the Regional District manager at the time. I started school couple months later while going to work full time as well as school with two jobs . After three years ,I got a job offer at the Bank and I got another promotion later on and was stationed to moved out of state for the Bank's promotion . I immediately informed the current store manager name Sarah and this was communicated with her face to face. I asked Sarah if she could be able to transfer me to a store to near where I would be stationed to work for the Bank to continue my employment with Bath and Body because I've always loved the company and wanted to maintain my employment as well. She informed me that I will have to reapply within the company in order for me to get hired and her tone wasn't the greatest due to her hearing that I got a promotion. I was really shocked at her response because for an employee who has been working for five years and that has been a great asset ,I did not understand why did I have to reapply within the company for me to just get transferred from one store to another and go through the process of being interviewed and re-hired for me to just get transferred.The store manager also told me that due to me working part time and meet not working a lot of hours she finds it odd that I am asking to be transferred from one store to the other even though she was communicated that I only will be doing floor sets as a part-time employee due to me having a full-time job at the Bank and working from home with no car. I informed her that the reason to why I'm not able to work a lot of hours are because I didn't have a car anymore and that it has been hard for me and the promotion is a great opportunity for me financially to be settled to work towards getting a car once I moved. I expressed my dissatisfaction and kindly as to be transferred and her response was that once I moved out of state and find a store that I would like to be possibly transferred to she can try to see if she can assist but her tone wasn't sincere. Couple weeks later a coworker of mine informed me that she was termed by the company and was never sent a letter or a call from our store manager name Sarah which I find it very unprofessional from not only the company but the manager as well because she wasn't on any occurrence or termination. The coworker urged to call the store manager to make sure my employment status was still active and I called the store manager immediately. When I spoke to the store manager and informed her that I am settling and am still looking for a store that would best fit my location to be transferred, she informed me that I was termed out of the company and I asked the reason to why and she couldn't answer my question which was very concerning. I then asked why didn't I receive a call from her until I called the store to speak with her or why didn't the company send me a letter to inform me because they had my new address on file as well and the store manager was speechless. This concerned me a lot am her response was "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Which really hurts because I invited 5 years into working for Bath and body works and I get treated like I was nothing . I hope whoever is reading this takes actions because that is unethical, unfair and just unprofessional from a big company like bath and body to treat their employees when they invest their time , energy and skills and it all get compensated with a termination without even a simple communication from the company or management. read more

I don't live her so I could only g t stuff they was 3oz but can I say when I went to check out I had two 3oz thing and there staff told me that there was a sale where I could get three. They were very nice and helpful with they j got that for just a dollar more. The line was long but went pretty quick. I got out of there in no time.
