I am fully capable of discussing a remodeling project and making informed decisions about my own home. This policy cost them our business immediately. We will be taking our project --and our money - to a company that respects its customers and understands that professionalism includes flexibility and basic courtesy. I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.
