Such a relaxing experience for the day! This spa offers a dark and moody vibe but also modern aesthetic. My friend and I came here for signature massages and really enjoyed our time using the amenities. They give you complimentary robes and sandals to use throughout your time along with a locker to keep your items in. We really enjoyed the massages themselves and felt they did a good job. They also offer a hot tub, cold tub, eucalyptus steam room, and sauna. They have loungers outside of the pools and also in the women's waiting/relaxation area where there is also complimentary water, coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. There was no co-ed space available here. The spa also does come with plenty of amenities for afterwards (showers, shampoo, razors, hairspray, lotion, brushes, etc). They also have a dryer for your swimsuit! We spent about 2 hours here but could have definitely spent more. We came during the week and only saw one other person there as we were leaving during our time which we really liked. The only thing I'd recommend is to get there early. We got there a little before our scheduled time and something in their system wasn't working correctly with our reservation and so we got started on our massages a little late yet they did not honor it & cut our time short. Outside of that we enjoyed our experience here, overall!!

This spa is beautiful and relaxing and very different from the other spas in town! I loved the scenery. It was very tranquil I had a very relaxing afternoon and had so much fun at this spa today! I had a Moore mud bath and got to enjoy a private tub experience! 10/10!!! Judy the spa host took amazing care of me and was absolutely attentive. Thank you Judy, Danielle, and Anna for a wonderful experience!!

Super clean and modern environment. Snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) provided. Staff was super friendly. I had the BEST massage with Rekiia. A relaxing calm environment.

I definitely felt pampered with my Ultimate Perfection facial: -80 minutes -three masks -cleansing down to the decolletage -aggressive, thorough extractions -hand and feet massages -paraffin for hands and feet If you get this treatment, be prepared to glow and receive compliments! No upsells on products. Many of the products are available in the retail shoppe, but be aware of the expiration dates, I noticed some were quite old. Enjoyed the rest of the spa: -steam room -numerous pools -fresh orchids at the sinks -tea and fruit One improvement would be the waiting area, too brightly lit and seating is not comfortable or relaxing. Many attendants throughout the facility, who provided excellent personalized service.

Bathhouse Spa at Delano, what a find. This is the second spa inside of Mandalay Bay. While the spa at Mandalay is bigger, it has that old Vegas feel to it. Bathhouse is a more modern designed spa and slightly smaller, but still packed with all the amenities you expect from a high end spa. Bathhouse is located on the second floor of the Delano tower. The staff inside the men's spa section are some of the best I've ever encountered. They gave you a semi constant attentive presence, but with out being intrusive. The one thing I found weird was the tv. There is a sitting area with a tv. I was there to relax, but found myself constantly checking the playoff scores haha. That must be some type of Jedi mind trick to get people to upgreade to a massage. A steam room is an important factor for me in considering a spa to choose. So to those that want to exactly what is here: Steam room Sauna Cold plunge pool Hot jacuzzi Showers Lockers Sitting area with tv Sitting area near jacuzzi And there is a complimentary snack and refreshment bar too. I generally take lots of pics, but who wants to be the creeper snapping photos in the spa. I highly recommend Bathhouse Spa Until next time...

Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

But, I will have to say me and my partner really enjoyed the privateness of this place. It was fun to learn they also have a location in Henderson and they will also get the couple suites. I made same day reservations which is on the phone only to book couples room, followed by a text to fill out your credit card information, followed by a few hours later to fillout preferences (though you can do this in person before service). The couples room was cute with a steam room, two person jet water bath and a infrared sauna (lower temperature). If I had to make a upgrade suggestion, I would say hotter sauna, add fun couple elements to the bath maybe a cute massage oil and for the sauna maybe offer a salt or sugar self scrub before access the steam room. I felt the experience of the couples room was nice but like it was missing elements to make it romantic and opportunities to interact with one another which a oil or scrub would help with. Anyways the massages were well worth it and really good. We both ended up doing the special which combines Swedish with thai stretching. Felt really relaxed afterwards and just focused on hydration with tea and water the next two days. Slept really well. I will be back!

IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!
