Olivier listened to our ideas, added his own design suggestions & came up with a design that transformed our Kitchen. We also had a bespoke cabinet made for a niche in our Family room that made good use of space, & again transformed that area. As we had to complete the demo & instal within an 8 week time frame, we went for US made cabinets, which were made & installed on time & of good quality, eg solid wood & dovetail joints. We also used A1 for flooring for the complete house, again this work was coordinated & carried out at the same time as the Kitchen renovation. The trades that A1 use are professional, friendly, turn up when planned & always leave the work area clean & tidy. Our daughter, having seen the results of our renovation is now discussing her own planned kitchen renovation with Olivier. Our next project is to renovate 2 bathrooms where we will again use Olivier & his team (including obviously Beanz) again!

I wanted to replace my aging tile countertop for my bbq island. It was a small project and other…read morecompanies were asking for at least $1-2k more. An expert from another company had recommended a remnant granite slab as my top dimensions didn't warrant a full slab. Adrian helped me with this project from beginning to end, and I'm super happy with his guidance. Some key points: 1. He had me go to their warehouse in Thousand Oaks to hand pick a remnant granite slab. This is important because you don't really know how a slab will look unless you see it in person. Michelle was at the store, and she was very friendly and patient in showing me the different slabs. 2. He sent me a pic of where they were planning to cut, and I was able to ask him to move the template by about a foot to maximize the areas that I wanted to keep. 3. He worked with me with the pricing so that it was competitive with another quote from a lesser know company. This included demo, disconnecting and reconnecting bbq from a licensed plumber, and also the entire fabrication and install process. Gustavo and his partner did an excellent job with demo and installation. This all took two weeks which I was happy with. Of note, Luxiomer sells the countertops, but their sister company Renovva Stone Master is in charge of fabrication while iCal construction installs. They are under one owner, but technically three different companies.

Charlie, one of the designers at the Camarillo showroom, is so helpful. Not pushy..He genuinely CARES about the people he meets! He is the most knowledgeable designer I have met by far! He is so honest about pricing, time lines, and what can be expected. He is always available for phone calls, emails, and any type of question that can come up when doing a project. I had heard of him from friends in the area that have worked with him in the past, and his reputation is spot on. On top of the great experience I have had with Charlie, Showcase has also been exceptionally great! The products offered are top of the line and well worth the price! This company goes above and beyond for their clients to ensure the process is worry free for the client. We contracted Westside Remodeling to rehab our 30-year-old original builder's kitchen. Westside…read moreinitially provided a proposal for all new cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. As our budget did not accommodate cabinet replacement, Westside then provided an alternate proposal for repainting the existing maple cabinets, which we did instead, with an excellent result. We selected the new countertops from samples in their showroom, then shopped on our own for the tile backsplash, all new appliances and fixtures. Westside was very flexible in allowing us to be hands-on with the process and our selections. For Clients who prefer more creative guidance, Westside offers in-house design services. Jonathan and the entire Westside team were exceptional in their care and concern for the Client. Further, their various tradespeople were friendly and competent without exception. Importantly, they also finished within budget and estimated timeline. Although we have held off painting the kitchen walls and restoring the floor tile pending completion of other work planned for our home, we have already settled into our "mostly new" kitchen.
