To say the least, I am very invested in this door. He has a mobile service so he comes to your location (in Baton Rouge). We agreed to meet in a parking lot next to the building I work at. Rick is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip. The process took about 20 min including a call to my insurance for a claim #. There was small evidence about the rock chip only if you look carefully.
