Apple Support referred me here & they don't work on Apple? ...and I almost signed a repair waiver? SCAM ALERT! Unfortunate experience & lost trust. An employee named Wyatt noticed I was upset and came over to ask if he could help. On 6/29/26, I went to Best Buy Vallejo to purchase an additional Ring camera. The sales associate told me that he cannot allow me to see the Ring box unless I am purchasing it. I've never heard of this policy before. I spoke with Manager Francisco who then allowed me to review the Ring box. I find this to be very poor customer service. There is an armed security guard at the front door of the store. So, I cannot understand why customers are not allowed to review the specifications of items. I won't be back to this store and I've been a customer for 10+ years.
