I brought my key fobs for my vehicle here to get the batteries replaced. This was the first time changing them since I purchased my car. First off there were two employees sitting at the counter. They sat quietly until I spoke to them. No customer service whatsoever. One of the employees explained the prices and I made my choice. A few minutes later we were checking out and they only charged me for one. He explained the other one was broken and they wouldn't fix it due to not wanting to damage it any further. I looked at it and it was clearly broken. I know my property and literally looked at it prior to walking in and it was not broken. If it was, it was not clearly visible as when it was returned to me. Honestly I can't prove they broke it, but the whole process from start to finish was not friendly whatsoever. There's plenty of other options in this city for me to come back. read more

Call on the phone tell them exactly what I needed, they say they have it in stock and that you can get $10 off if you make appointment online so I do. I get to store they try to upsell me with battery and screen replacement and once I say just battery, he tells me they don't have it in stock. Literally was on the phone with them less than 2 hours prior. Just getting you in the store to try to upsell you and waste your time. read more

Absolutely do NOT take your phones here to have their screens repaired. I brought my phone here in June to have the screen replaced. I noticed initially that the screen wasn't very sensitive but was assured it was a software issue. Fast forward to a July and apparently these guys damaged my mother board so I have to get a brand new phone. I don't understand why they would agree to do repairs that they are not capa of doing. read more

I purchased a battery for my iPhone 6. No issues with the sale or installation. Unfortunately however the battery was faulty and had to be replaced after a month. The company honored the warranty but dragged their feet in replacing the battery. I was given excuses such as the battery is out of stock and did not come in with the last shipment to the manager is not available. During this long ordeal (going over 2 weeks now and still my phone is waiting for a replacement battery) no one from this store called to update me on the status. When I inquired about this they used the "someone was supposed to have called you" line. Short story,I do not recommend this store as they appear to not have their act together and don't carry stock (how does a battery store not have an iPhone 6 battery for 2 plus weeks?) As an update to my review, I did finally get the battery replaced per the warranty. It took 1 month for this and 2 replacement batteries. A representative from this company left a reply to my review stating their concern and that a manager would get in touch with me. This particular location has the absolute worst customer service staff and management I've ever seen. Perhaps you should realize the power in being kind/nice to customers, after all repeat business is or SHOULD be important. Nevertheless I'm sure since my experience was TOTALLY different at different location with a different franchisee this speaks a lot about this location and it's staff. I'll never return and will caution anyone that I can to not visit or do business here. If you are having a bad day/life others shouldn't be able to notice it. If you can't then just leave for the day or at least until you can properly assist and talk to a customer. We don't have to spend our money where it's not appreciated. People tend to do business with people they like and trust. Your location displays none of the fore mentioned proper way to address customers. read more

I brought in my Battery for my Jetski to test or replace. Well, it was still under warranty and they are going to replace as it was bad. Only snag is they did not have that particular sealed battery in stock and had to be ordered. I call for update and I am told "we will replace it, it is still under warranty, it has been ordered and will be here next week" But No! I need to go riding in a few days and need something before then so I ask for a loaner or even a lower priced battery so I can keep my appointment. So the staff says, "let me ask my manager if we can do that and I will call you back." So, I get called back, missed it but my message says #yes we can loan you a brand new battery until we receive yours" And I Guess the manager called himself! Now! I call that good service read more

Horrible! Crooks! Price gauging! Selling batteries at 10X the price other places. Selling individual batteries from a 10 pack for the price of 1!!! Said they are a "mom and pop" shop and can do what ever they want. They need to be out of business!!! read more

Took my Galaxy s7 to have my port repair and no one ever called me to tell me it was ready. So I called 2 days later they could not change it because the screen was broken. When I dropped it off I knew 100% it was not broken at all. No one took the blame for it so I spoke with the manager who told me they would replace it for free because his "wonderful" employe did not noted when I dropped ut off. I rated two stars mainly because I had to constantly call to check on my phone like 2x a day because I never received a call from them. I the manager or anyone apologize for the week it took to get this fix or anything. One more thing, I had a game downloaded on my phone after picking it up. Will not return to this store and do not recommended their high prices. read more

Buyers beware. I purchased roughly $700 worth of golf cart batteries from this store. One of the six batteries ended up with a bad cell and one of the terminals on this battery began to melt. I brought it in last Saturday where they tested the battery overnight and confirmed to me that it had a bad cell. I was told from three different employees on three different occasions over the last week that the problem was covered under warranty and they would call me when the replacement came in. After a week, I hadn't heard anything so I called the store (13th call, by the way) and this time spoke to Sree (the franchise owner) who told me that this was not covered by warranty and there was nothing he was willing to do to rectify the situation. Keep in mind, this is after a full week with zero communication from the store to myself. I told Sree I would be there shortly to pick up my defective battery but, of course, he was gone within the 15 minutes it took me to get there. I would pay double for these batteries elsewhere before shopping here again. The lies, lack of communication, and zero rectification is absurd. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see the range of batteries and bulbs carried by the local Batteries Plus store in Pearland. The prices were competitive too. I will certainly recommend a visit there all things batteries and bulbs. read more
