Just then a woman yelled to Steve, "that guy is leaving with a big package!" Right then and there, Steve went to the door and another customer gave him the direction where the thief was running. Steve was close to the guy outside and the guy dropped the very expensive item. Steve came back to the store and carried on with his job as if nothing had happened. We were all impressed.
