When I came back, expecting to pay around $150 plus tax, they surprised me by saying they were replacing the batteries in two of the watches at no charge. No explanation, just a genuinely nice gesture that definitely earned my future business. I ended up paying about $123 out the door for all 10 watches, which works out to an average of just $12.30 per battery. Friendly, fast, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be back the next time my watches need servicing.
