We have a 2013 Nissan Leaf, we lease in 2013, purchased after lease. 13 years later, no issues except the driving range decreased from initially 83 miles to 35 miles. Thinking of getting rid of it. Arash and team are pretty good at diagnostics and understanding the probable issue with my 2014 Porsche Panamera S E-hybrid's ev battery when it went into meltdown mode. Took a couple of visits to get the issues all straightened out but it is and if you know anything about the early model years, you know they max out at 15 miles but since the replacement high voltage battery went in and we had to reprogram the car, it has since gotten better than stock numbers. Prior to contacting Ace Hybrid Tech about a hybrid battery issue with my car, I had already researched the issue and was pretty knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They didn't try to upsell me or anything, they explained the various fixes and warranties available. The job itself only took about 30 minutes. After calling around to multiple locations and even after considering doing it myself (the dealership battery new was much more than what Ace Hybrids price for a new battery and install) I'm glad to have found Ace Hybrid, as they had offered me the best price. Do not trust these guys. These guys will promise you the world like a used car salesman but deliver only poor service. They returned my are dirty and greasy. They were very poor about keeping you updated. They kept my car between 03/23/12 until 05/08/21. My car range was worse first two times they "fixed" it. It was from original 42 miles per charge to only 32 miles. What a disappointment. You will be sorry if you are expecting quality service from these people. Remember, you get what you pay for. Good place and good service up until the warranty wears out. We changed our battery from our Prius 2006 in April 2017 with a 18 month warranty. Since then we had to go back twice since their new "remanufactured" battery didn't last more than 6 months. The warranty is now over and we had our battery checked by an other hybrid technician since all the dashboard lights turned on... The diagnostic revealed that 7 cells were bad and the other ones were about to go bad since the pack that was put in our car is an older assembly that we had originally. We are now basically stuck at spending an other 700$ in order to get our Prius in good shape again :( I wanted to leave a review since when I did my resarch before I was seeing only good feedback about Ace Hybrid Group and I don't believe they are all true. read more

Before conducting this initial review I wanted to see how the product performed. I have a Gen 2 (2004 - 2009) 2008 Toyota Prius. I first tried all the lower cost options: replacing the modules and battery reconditioning. You must know that the aforementioned solutions are just bandages for a deteriorating battery. They all worked for awhile...but this is a hybrid and the traction battery is core to its performance. You will have to replace the battery to restore the performance. Prior to this I was experiencing decreased fuel economy, rough idle, and negative battery recalibrations which resulted in an overall sluggishness and ultimately a RED Triangle. I performed my due diligence on the internet's traction battery offerings. I found Ace Hybrid Group and after discussing my situation with Mo he gave me several options at different price points. Since I had performed most of the maintenance I know that I was going to keep this vehicle for at minimum another 5+ years thus I chose the Brand New prius hybrid battery (3rd party new battery tech). It has been over 6 weeks and the performance has been amazing. What a big difference a new traction battery makes! Mo is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He really knows what's he doing and is very personable. When I got my RED Triangle my mileage had dropped down to 38 MPG. Now post replacement I am now upto 48 MPG. The acceleration responsiveness has returned and now feels like a new Prius. Do yourself a favor and go see Mo if you are experiencing any of the issues I mentioned above with your hybrid. I will update my review again in another 6 weeks which will give you all a 3 month status. P.S. - There are many options when it comes to hybrid battery solutions. He gave me several options at several price points and was not pushy in any way. He just wants you to be satisfied with his product and service.
