Arash and team are pretty good at diagnostics and understanding the probable issue with my 2014 Porsche Panamera S E-hybrid's ev battery when it went into meltdown mode. Took a couple of visits to get the issues all straightened out but it is and if you know anything about the early model years, you know they max out at 15 miles but since the replacement high voltage battery went in and we had to reprogram the car, it has since gotten better than stock numbers. The service here was above and beyond. My Lexus hybrid was sitting for 2 years. I didn't know what to do with it it wouldn't budge. I towed it to a friend who had trouble with it as well. Prior to contacting Ace Hybrid Tech about a hybrid battery issue with my car, I had already researched the issue and was pretty knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They didn't try to upsell me or anything, they explained the various fixes and warranties available. The job itself only took about 30 minutes. After calling around to multiple locations and even after considering doing it myself (the dealership battery new was much more than what Ace Hybrids price for a new battery and install) I'm glad to have found Ace Hybrid, as they had offered me the best price. Do not trust these guys. These guys will promise you the world like a used car salesman but deliver only poor service. They returned my are dirty and greasy. They were very poor about keeping you updated. They kept my car between 03/23/12 until 05/08/21. My car range was worse first two times they "fixed" it. It was from original 42 miles per charge to only 32 miles. What a disappointment. You will be sorry if you are expecting quality service from these people. Remember, you get what you pay for. Good place and good service up until the warranty wears out. We changed our battery from our Prius 2006 in April 2017 with a 18 month warranty. Since then we had to go back twice since their new "remanufactured" battery didn't last more than 6 months. The warranty is now over and we had our battery checked by an other hybrid technician since all the dashboard lights turned on... The diagnostic revealed that 7 cells were bad and the other ones were about to go bad since the pack that was put in our car is an older assembly that we had originally. We are now basically stuck at spending an other 700$ in order to get our Prius in good shape again :( I wanted to leave a review since when I did my resarch before I was seeing only good feedback about Ace Hybrid Group and I don't believe they are all true. read more
