Phoned Kevin I think, he immediately went to irate, belittled roadside assistance drivers' information, eventually getting BELLIGERANT. Told me I was an IDIOT to believe them, ( I was in tears by then) then he hung up on me ! My husband has died of cancer since last needing car services and I was completely stunned at such 'service' and behavior. This man should clearly NOT be selling anything. These two guys are fantastic. I first had them replace my 12 volt batteries in my motorhome with 2 six volt batteries. They had to custom build a couple of brackets. I enjoyed helping them. My F150 was showing signs of dying. I nursed it along for a six day trip to Sunriver so I could get it back for them to replace the battery. After my battery finally bit the dust, I tricked my car into starting and drove to Battery Factory. I can say assuredly that they gave me the best customer service I've had in my entire life. Their communication was clear and completely devoid of condescension. They replaced a bad terminal cable and my battery in less than a half hour and washed everything under the hood to prevent the filthsome corrosion from returning. Along with the outstanding service, the location was really cool to look at. They had cool classic car calendars, vintage oil containers, and other neat stuff that made it a neat place to be while the work was done. They even had good music playing. This is EXACTLY the way a small business should run. I think the world would be a much better place if everyone picked a trade and honored it the way that these guys do. I don't anticipate I'll have any battery issues for awhile, but I'll tell anyone who will listen to go to Battery Factory if they ever need help. Battery Factory turned my day around. I got 2 estimates from competitors and was extremely surprised on how much a new battery cost ($150). I had no choice but to limp around with the bad battery to cover that cost. After jumping my car almost on a daily basis, I learned of this business from a co-worker. He explained that I could get a used battery at The Battery Factory for more than half the cost of a new one from from a place like Les Schwab or a car parts place.
