Less than a month after having the battery replaced, my car continued to die. I took it to my regular mechanic and was informed that the issue was my alternator, which I had hoped I would have been told at Battery Mart but was not. I was also informed that the battery was installed incorrectly so as to lose all of the memory my car's computer had stored, including radio codes, etc. Not a huge deal but would expect better. Been dealing with Battery Mart for many years and they are great! Never had a problem and the work is done quickly. They have any battery you will ever need and if its not at the shop they will get it quickly. Checked out the complete electrical system with a new testing tool they just got because I was hearing alternator whine through the radio speakers and it checked out good but the battery was showing that it was failing so new replacement and everything is great. read more

I don't think I've ever seen another place like this. I needed a new car battery, and I had heard about it from a friend who had previously been there. You drive up a driveway, a guy comes out, you tell them what you need, he comes out with a little cart with all his tools, changes your battery in 10 minutes, you drive away, and he properly disposes of your old battery. It was the easiest and simplest process I've seen. No more taking it to Sears or PepBoys or even my mechanic. And not only do they carry car batteries, but they carry batteries for UPSes and other electronic devices. If you need a car battery, I would highly recommend the Battery Mart. read more

We have been going to Battery Mart for years. They are honest about telling you if your battery is good or not. Just had them replace a car battery we bought 4.5 years ago from them which provided 6 months warranty proration towards the new battery. In and out in minutes!!
