Fast, efficient, and no fuss. My old car battery was dying in Nov 2018, and following Yelp recommendations, I got a brand new one from Battery Mart. I was in and out in less than 15min. Fast forward to today (Feb 8), my battery couldn't start anymore. After jump starting my car, I took it to Battery Mart, and they asked me to have the car running for 2 hours to try to charge it. I thought this place was great when I purchased both batteries from them. But now that I have a bad battery and they are refusing to honor the warranty, my opinion has changed. They will say the problem is something else altetnator, or others don't know what they are doing instead of having the integrity to honor the warranty they offer. O'Reilly auto parts was gonna charge me $50 more and without installation. I literally drove in, went to the counter to pay, and when I turned around the guy had already changed my battery! No joke! I had just gotten an oil change at Big O an they had me convinced my battery would die at any moment even though I've not been having problems with it etc. and they wanted to sell me a battery then and there without even asking me the age of the battery or anything.
