Today, it was something very simple in changing out a headlight bulb for my daughter's car. I've done this before, it's pretty easy to swap out bulbs. The young girl behind the counter was very nice and pulled up specs quickly but it's always easier if you have the old part out. She didn't want to sell me the wrong part and had a staff member go outside and pull it for me. I came in she walked me to through the replacements, which is helpful. Best part ( wait for it) I purchased the part and she had her colleague put it back in for me. It's always the little things that impress me, especially when folks go out of their way to be nice. This is my go to auto parts store ( my favorite).

Employee was extremely helpful and not only helped me find filters but also installed them for free! The cost for both higher end filters was only $57 bucks with tax! Way better than $135,!
