They were knowledgeable and delightfully courteous. Although it was late in the day, they installed the battery for me with care and precision at no extra charge. Being in a hurry I accidentally left some equipment behind, which they retained for me and allowed me to pick up at my earliest convenience. A $1.25 hot wheels car goes for $3.49 and $10 for a 5 pack I usually get for about $7.99. I had to tell my grandson no to getting an Indy hot wheels that was $11.00 for an $7 car. Several customers ahead were engaged in longer part consultations at the counter, which slowed everything down. I asked a team member if there was a separate line for quick, over the counter purchases. I was directed to the same line, with no alternative option. Key issues: No separation between quick purchases and detailed consultations Long wait times for simple transactions Inefficient use of staff during peak demand There were at least 4 to 5 customers ahead of me making quick purchases, yet all were stuck waiting behind lengthy consultations. This created unnecessary delays. If the goal is to improve in store sales and customer experience, consider: Assigning one staff member to handle quick purchases Creating a separate line for simple transactions Managing consultation flow more efficiently This process needs improvement.
