Update: As a loyal customer at their Johnstown location, I've been ordering from them at least once a week via DoorDash since they opened. Tonight, I found out they charged me $.86 for a packet of mayonnaise for an Italian sub and an extra $1.00 for some red onions on a small salad. In a previous order, I contacted the company via email because I hadn't seen any onions in the salad. The manager responded quickly by sending me clips of their security cameras showing the cook chopping onions and adding them to the salad. I admit there were onions in the salad after stirring it up, but they didn't seem more than the usual amount in a normal salad. It's laughable that the manager took the time to review security footage instead of just refunding the $1.00 charge and saying from now on, that fee will be added. Against my better judgment, I kept ordering, but tonight, I was charged again for the packet of mayo. I spend at least $25 a week there, often more, and these two instances leave such a bad taste in my mouth. While companies are free to charge whatever they want, frivolous charges like these really hurt the relationship for me. Tonight was the final straw with the $.86 mayo charge. I understand that maybe their business is struggling in this economy and maybe they need the money, but I hope it was worth losing so much more. Average, nothing more. Our order was 6 Traditional Buffalo wings, a BLT sub and a Chicken Parm sub. For my wing order I got 6 flats, no drumettes. I was stiffed the meatier drumettes! Both subs were ok. They were heated but not toasted so they were a little soggy. Everything tasted fine but nothing special about it. read more

This was our first time trying their pizza and I was really disappointed. Pizza sauce tasted like plain tomato sauce, no spices at all...yuck! We also bought Italian subs. There was only a couple pieces of meat and a few vegetables on each half of the subs. I paid $9.75 per sub and it was so sad to look at them. I had high hopes for this place. Their photos looked amazing and I always take it upon myself to try the new pizza places that come to town. unfortunately this one is not amongst my favorites. I felt like the pizza itself had identity issues lol (but seriously) the crust was half way between thin and thick creating a weird mouth feel. You expect it to be either crisp or soft but this falls in between, almost like a stale pretzel; it teases crispness only to end up more on the chew forever side. Worst of all the pepperonis taste like the pepperonis that you get from an off brand lunchable. That in combination with the crust of many faces, created a most un-pleasurable experience. read more

Excellent food, nice staff, on time orders. Highly recommended for their quality. I've had orders delivered and the pizza slid in the box making a mess. It certainly didn't change the taste at all. I dealt with it. Ordered delivery again same thing. Called to put in a complaint and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understanding. He made good on the error (things happen) and I continue to order from them. For the quality of the food, if it was smashed up against a wall I would still eat it! My son is a very particular and finicky eater. This pizza is one of his favorites!!! Staff is so friendly that I have never had a poor experience. It's like walking into Cheers. My husband and I tried Bavellie's on October 5. We were very pleased as the majority of the pizza places have serious flaws, in our opinion. The pizza tasted very good and had plenty of sauce. The sausage was a little on the zesty side but not too much. The only thing that I didn't care for was the marinara sauce that came with the garlic bread. Not a big deal as I had other sauce at home. We are looking forward to ordering from there again soon. read more
