I can't say enough about Bay Air Flow. I had called around getting quotes to have my vents and HVAC system cleaned. Several companies wanted to come out first and inspect then give us an estimate. I called Bay Air Flow and spoke with Dennis, he actually picked up on a Sunday night. He was extremely pleasant, he asked about my house how many square feet and rooms it had and after a thorough explanation about how the cleaning is done and the way they do it with certified technicians, I decided Dennis was the guy for the job. He arrived with his brother walked through and the price he had given us over the phone he honored. That included 13 vents, the cold air exchange and even the clothes dryer which turned out to have a bad flex pipe. He said if I wanted to buy one at Home Depot he would install it for me no charge. He also alerted me to rat droppings on the attic floor when he inspected the heater. I didn't want to here about it but I'm glad he found the issue and brought it to my attention. He referred me to a company to have it taken care of since my house is only 7 years old I was quite shocked but what can you do. The price he charged was the lowest and I do mean the lowest by at least $150.00 from the five other places I called. He did a very good job he was clean and just a great person. During the September 2022 heat wave, our AC condenser broke. We were in a tough (hot) spot! Dennis responded quickly to our Yelp message and came to our house within 24 hours of contact - an impressive response time considering that HVAC companies were slammed during the heat wave. Even though it was after 5pm and 110 degrees out, he took the time to explain his troubleshooting process, showing me the volt meter as he tested our capacitor. Fortunately, all we had was a blown capacitor. And he had just the right replacement in his van. We were back up and running in no time! WOW! I would give this company/Dennis 100 Stars if I could. AC unit was working fine all day and then the afternoon hit (and 95 degrees outside) and wouldn't you know it? AC stops blowing cold air.... Did a quick search on companies in the Brentwood area and Bay Air Flow was open and available! I called Dennis at 5:30pm and he was at our door the same evening at 7:10. Now that's service! Ended up being an issue with a faulty coil and he had the item in his service vehicle, 10 minutes later we have AC! :) Fantastic service and response. Came out to supposedly fix my unit only for it to completely stop working 3 weeks later . He came out the 2nd time and he said I knew it was not going to work ( referring to the part he had changed the first time where I was charged 585 ) if he knew why didn't he just tell me you need a whole new unit and charge me for something he knew was not going to work. The 2nd time he came out he completely turn off my unit stating that it might explode and came into my house and turned off my furnace. So for a few weeks I was freezing had to buy space heaters only to find out that my heater worked that he turned it off. I contacted the company a 3rd time in regards to my heater but in the mean time another company came out to quote me on my heater because this company quoted me 17,000 for it and that's when I found out nothing had been replaced when I contacted Paul he first said 1 thing was changed when I told him what this new company had he he changed the part to two other ones and I told him that the unit was never opened and that the screws were never taken off he offered me a 100 refund.
