After getting my wife's iphone 7+ LCD screen repaired at the Stoneridge Mall Apple Store, we had to decide on the type of screen protector to apply. We previously had tempered glass, but after walking around the mall, we opted to check out Ghost Armor. "One word: Plastics!" (The Graduate). Ghost armor offers an innovative polyurethane film that can protect your device screen extremely well. The vendor will gladly demonstrate by tossing his personal phone on the hard table and floor. Not even a scratch. The polyurethane is a rubbery material and does an excellent job of absorbing impact from shock. My wife was extremely pleased with the product. For all all-in cost of just under $30 for lifetime warranty its not bad! She noted the screen actually looks more clear compared to tempered glass. BE WARNED!!! This business Ghost Armor does not honor returns or refunds. They lie to you to sell you the dumb $55 skin phone wrap. They always tell you they can offer a 10% discount...don't feel special if they offer you a small discount. The wrap sucks - it doesn't really protect the phone from practical daily use....they use a key to scratch it like that is a typical thing that happens to a phone. STAY AWAY from this company. Customer service doesn't care about the customer and they certainly don't know what the word SERVICE means. I'm pretty surprised. Both times my iPhone was replaced . Both time the armor warranty was no problem. They replaced it for free and charged me $10 labor which was fine. They did have inventory issues as the other dude did mention but he shoulda called and asked b4 he drive ther anyways. I never had any peeling issues with my product and ice had them 3 times. U can't please everyone all the time. And I actually had the zagg shield and I thought it was subpar and way less quality that the ghost. It was too reflective and the edges always got dirty. Just replaced tempered glass screen protector with Ghost Armor on my Samsung Galaxy S7. The Ghost Armor is superior : the touchscreen is much more responsive, clearer, and adheres to the curved edges of the S7. I tried playing video and found every thing clearer and brighter with Ghost Armor. The new screen protector does not show fingerprints and smudges nearly as badly as tempered glass did. It appears this protector will not crack like tempered glass frequently did. Love it! Sergio at Stoneridge Mall kiosk (near Apple store) did an excellent job installing Ghost Armor and gave me $5 discount for trading in cracked tempered glass protector. Well worth the $$$. read more

11/30? : I got screen protector . I'm not as happy with the "case" coverage style, but I would probably be even more unhappy if my protector came off, when I popped the case off so far no problems. Shame I have to remove the case for VR. Unfortunately, I didn't notice a flaw and was unable to take back within the 7 days free window, so I'll be going back soon to get it redone and paying the $10 service fee. 9/20 : They're still putting the service in customer service. I'm still going out of my way to come here. Time to get a shiny new phone, so I went to Stoneridge, because Ghost Armor is here. ZERO STARS!! I purchased the matte product (full wrap) for my iphone 5. The product started to peel back on the corners that wrap the edge of the phone within the first 10 days. I drove to the mall in Pleasanton, California 4 TIMES within the first 30 days of having the product. Each time I was told to come back because they did not have the matte finish in stock. After the 4th visit (also about the 30th day of owning the product) I said forget it. I called customer service for a refund and they turned me down because I was a couple of days past the 30 day refund policy. They said they could ship the matte product to my house and then take it in to get applied, but after all the trouble (and the back and forth to the mall), I did not want to have to go through this every time I needed something replaced. They said because I was outside the 30 day return policy, no refund would be given. I explained that I was told to come back 4 times and that had I known it was that difficult to get that product, I would've returned it in the first 30 days. No exception was made. Customer service was a HUGE ZERO. Don't believe me? Read some of the other reviews. I then let them know how I felt on their Facebook page. Before I knew it, they blocked me from leaving any comments. Now, isn't that the ethical and professional thing to do. If you don't want to give a refund, just silence (or try to) the customer and they'll go away. I don't think so. I'm telling everyone I know (personally and professionally), their product is awful and their customer service and professionalism is THE WORST in the business world! Save yourself the headache and go buy a ZAGG instead! read more

Went back to have my samsung note 10.1 and ipad 2 for them to installed screen protector. I do not recommend the asian "only" girl to install it to your gadget. She don't clean screen very hard leaving speck. I have to drive back all the way there for more than an hour just to have the screen replaced again. Andrew did it and he did it better than the girl there. In my mind, what the heck why is that girl working over there? No effort on cleaning the screen, very slow and mellow, that is why there's dirt left and speck! Stay away from the girl named gena or gina. Well, you would know because she is the only girl there. This place is amazing! After cracking my phone screen for the second time, I went to Apple to get it fixed and when I came out I stopped by ghost armor to get a tempered glass. Sergio, the owner provided me with a 5$ off coupon for a screen protector when I came with my friend before so I said why not? Sergio took the time to explain the differences between each screen protector, and I ended up going with the screen protectors. As I was waiting for my phone, Sergio let me know I had a 7 day warranty and after that, if the rubber glass breaks, I can bring it back and get a new one for only 10$! Amazing deal! When I got home, I noticed a slight scratch on the screen protector but I didn't have the time to go before my 7 day warranty expired so I stopped by and without any questions, he changed it right away. The customer service here is great, and they will not try to scam you like those other kiosks. Not only does Sergio do iPhones, but he can also do computers and iPads.
