Another issue was that nobody asked me what type of oil I wanted. I later noticed they used conventional oil, even though I normally use synthetic oil in my vehicles. Customers should always be asked before that decision is made. On a previous visit with my 2026 Hyundai Palisade, they also told me they could not reset the maintenance reminder because their system computer only worked up to 2020 models, even though the reset process is very simple and can easily be found online. The oil change itself was done, but the communication, professionalism, and customer service were disappointing.
