    Yes, customers can bring in their own oil and oil filters, and we will do the labor.

    Did anyone got their cv axles replaced here and how much? Do they have the parts that day as well?

    We do replace axles here and we can usually accommodate your needs the same day, as long as you come in early enough in the work day, or call ahead to discuss it with one of our service writers.

    First and most if I could rate them a zero so be it…read more 5/19/26 I am extremely disappointed with the horrible service I received at Big O Tires located at 100 S Main St, Milpitas, CA. I arrived at 9:28 AM for what should have been a simple tire repair, yet my vehicle was not even serviced until around 11:30 AM. Waiting over TWO HOURS for a basic tire fix is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the terrible communication from the staff. Nobody gave clear updates, and the front desk personnel clearly saw me sitting in the main lobby for over an hour, yet later claimed they "never saw me" or didn't realize I was waiting for service. That level of disorganization and dishonesty is unbelievable. I was left sitting there wondering if my vehicle had been completely forgotten. The employees acted like my time meant absolutely nothing. If your shop cannot handle the workload, then stop overbooking customers or at least have the courtesy to communicate honestly. Customers should not have to chase employees around just to get a status update. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I've had at a tire shop. I will not be returning, and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone expecting decent customer service or basic respect for their time. Its 12:26pm 5/19/26 and my car has not been service yet. Absolutely unacceptable. Sincerely, Emilio Fonseca

    I went into the Milpitas Walmart Auto Care to buy a car battery jump starter. I received from a…read moreyoung man named Will, outstanding customer service. William was attentive and did more than expected, to make sure that I was contented. He managed the high level of environmental stress and plethora of patrons inside the store, who needed care. Being the solo employee on hand and repeatedly being pulled in multiple directions by guests I applaud him for being the exemplary, wondrous type of staff member who does not mind going above and beyond.

When you schedule an appointment for 3:30 p.m., arrive fifteen minutes early, and still don't get any acknowledgment or service until around 4:05 p.m., it's frustrating...especially when the appointment was already scheduled in advance. I understand there was only one person working the front, and I respect that he was doing his best to manage everyone. However, what I did not appreciate was the constant prioritizing of phone calls over the customers who were physically standing in line. If there's a policy that allows that, I must be missing it, because it felt backwards and dismissive. Overall, the customer service just felt off. I'm not one to make a scene or speak disrespectfully to service workers, but the way we were spoken to as if our waiting was an inconvenience to staff was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
