Went in to get oil change. They were super fast but honestly I think that's all they did. I don't believe they checked other fluids or anything else. Normally I'm recommended to do something else but this time I wasn't. Also I came in with low tires and before I got back in I asked if they checked my tires pressure they said yes. Light was still on and pressure the same. I asked if I could use their air because it was low. The manager literally came up to me and my wife and lied to our faces saying that they checked tire pressure and that light would go away. I said whatever and drove off. Tire pressure still low after getting oil change and running a few errands. Part of service charge is for that and they cannot do it. This place has gone down in service these last couple of years. My overall opinion of Jiffy Lube is great. And other than their required, but very low pressure upsell attempts, I've never had a problem here before. However, this time, when my oil changed was finished, I was told among the complimentary services was an air check on my tires and "they were filled to 40 pounds." I know this to be false for 2 reasons. 1. 40psi is too much and would cause my tires to explode. 2. The LOW tire pressure light, which was on when I came in, but I did not ask anyone to do anything about was still on. Please listen to all these yelp reviews and do research before coming here. Requested for an oil change which was an estimated $60 for high quality oil. They serviced the car too quickly and I had a bad feeling about it. Went home to check on the dip stick to put my mind at ease and the dip stick came out as dirty and old crude. For how they projected themselves, they were unprofessional and even management seemed untrustworthy. I didn't feel safe to confront them to request for a refund to claim that they didn't service my car. I ate the cost and learned a lesson to never come here again. Went in for a routine oil change. Requested a coupon and received one via email for $15 off any service. After 30 mins of waiting around (4 guys in the bay area during this time) final was pulled into the bay for the oil change (I remained in the car during this service). Oil change was completed in about 20 mins. A few of the fluids were checked and some refilled. What was not done, despite the receipt stating that these services were completed was 1) air filter was not checked but listed as checked and OK, 2) lights were checked except the reverse lights, 3) battery water level OK when not checked and 4) the windshield wipers were never checked but stated checked and OK. The receipt states that I was informed that the original estimate was exceeded, when I was never shown an estimate and never told the estimate was exceeded. Lastly, I showed the main guy my $15 discount coupon and he stated he would have the guy inside include the discount - no discount was received and if I want it, I have to go out of my way to go back to the service location and rerun the entire charge. read more

I do not recommend going to this location. I performed a call ahead to get a price on oil change for my 2012 Toyota Camry, the young man on the phone stated how much it will cost to get the oil's done. But never mentioned a $30 labor fee. I arrived at the business and stated to the person that was taking down the information. I wanted to do a standard oil change using standard conventional oil. When we went over all the paperwork on the computer. He asked me if everything was correct with my address I said yes he said do you still want to go with The oil that you used last time zero 20 synthetic. I said no I need to save some money and I want to go with the standard oil. Here's the thing I'm an industrial equipment. Technician have been one for over 35 years. I know the difference between synthetic and standard Synthetic does have this place but standard can also be used. He stated to me that he will not or cannot put in standard oil. I asked him why, and he did not give me a reason. He just stuck with. I can't install that and I also brought up the fact that I called ahead and he quoted me on standard. He he left me with no choice. Since they already drained the oil out of the car before he discussed all this prior information with me. Instead of paying $58 out the door as he quoted, I ended up spending 90+ dollars. This is my second time going out and having my oil changed generally do it on my own and dispose of the oil free of charge at the automotive store where I purchased my oil and filter. Went in for an oil change in my car yesterday, 9/24. Fast service was in and out. Today, 9/25, I noticed weird noises coming from my car. Seems to happen everytime I brake, or the road is high. Checked under my car and the bottom has dropped out. No clue when it happened. I think I remember hearing the noise before taking it in. Nobody said ANYTHING. I'm looking at the write up they gave me with the receipt. There is nothing noted about the bottom of my car being ripped. Would have expected a heads up. As I think it was pretty clear I wasn't aware of the situation. Don't think they are equipped to deal with it in shop. But would have been nice to have been told about it. read more

We came in last minute on a Sunday. Everything went smoothly till we heard a clinking sound. We didn't think nothing of it cause we thought it was just road debris. Next thing you know we hear scrapes whenever there's a bump or incline. We took it to the nearest car repair place which was Big O Tires. Went in last November for a standard oil change. Assumed everything went well. Last week I had an air conditioning compressor start to rattle. I had some tow truck guys come by. They just were doing some quick checks and found that dip stick was just barely measuring any oil and the oil was pure black. Since my car was not drivable, I had it towed to my mechanic to fix the compressor. I told him about the oil and ha him look at it. No problem with the car to cause loss of oil. I went back to Jiffy really just to let him know what happened. I wasn't going to press on anything, but then without looking at anything declared that my car probably burned 4-5 quarts of oil without me noticing. I went in to get an oil change today. My car was the only one there. The workers were super unprofessional. There were 4 workers (Angelo, Benjamin, Alan, couldn't remember the other) were just standing around and talking. While only one (older) worker helped us out. Angelo even pretended like he was going to kick my car. Which could have actually resulted in damage to my car. Super unreliable and unprofessional. Brought my car in for an oil change, and they started revving my engine "because they wanted to hear my turbo". I also told them not to remove my air filter bc I have lifetime warranty reusable air filter, and they removed it anyway. Why would you touch something when someone told you not to?? They also over inflated my tires and didn't follow the manufactured recommendations. It's literally on the side of the door. Then when I started my car after I left, there was a high pitch sound, so now I have to recheck everything. The full synthetic oil change was $120. Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They listed all the services they did at the end when you pay. I was skeptical but had hoped they would do all of the services especially when it's listed. Their manager was in the building so had even bigger hopes it would get done properly. I get into my car and it wasn't vacuumed. I live very close by so I didn't drive far but once I got onto the freeway to go to work, my tire pressure was low. I called and asked the person if they add air when they do tire rotation and he said yes. I explained what happened and he was speechless. I've been a customer of this Jiffy lube for years everything appeared good until one day I noticed my car making a loud sound. Then I checked the oil and it was bone dry and since my car has a shield under, I never seen the oil leak . When I had it checked out I found out that my drain plug was loose and leaking profusely. I called and spoke with Eric who told me to get it down there and they will take care of it. Upon arrival he offered me a top off in which I requested a full drain for any possible metal shavings. They sent me on my way without any documentation of the visit. I contacted the BAR who advised me to have it looked at by another shop and documented. Which I did! The shop found Metal shavings and the oil was very black and dirty. I waited for weeks to get a response back from Sal and heard back just today that they will not be taking accountability for their actions. I am having to go through the process of filing a civil case now. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! From my most recent experience with the staff! Don't recommend going here, the worker tried to tell me I only had 1 oil option (regular) when I asked for synthetic oil. As if I didn't know what I was talking about. Than the guy tried to jump into my car, which was already on but it's a hybrid so he didn't know it was on and kept trying to turn the key. I told him 3 times to get out, he still refused to get out of my car. He was complaining to me saying he need to revved my engine for the oil to come out faster.
