    We came in last minute on a Sunday. Everything went smoothly till we heard a clinking sound. We didn't think nothing of it cause we thought it was just road debris. Next thing you know we hear scrapes whenever there's a bump or incline. We took it to the nearest car repair place which was Big O Tires. They took a look at it and saw the skid plate hanging with bolts missing. Now we're at a body shop getting it fixed. Thanks for the headache jiffy lube.

    They have a nice policy to let the guest wait for 30-45 mins.. if you want air in your tires. Manager and employee re-iterated that

I only brought a $5 coupon that they had mailed to me. What I did not appreciate was the employee's attitude when I asked about the coupon. Instead of simply explaining it professionally, he responded in a rude and condescending way, as if customers are supposed to understand how their internal pricing system works. Another issue was that nobody asked me what type of oil I wanted. I later noticed they used conventional oil, even though I normally use synthetic oil in my vehicles. Customers should always be asked before that decision is made. On a previous visit with my 2026 Hyundai Palisade, they also told me they could not reset the maintenance reminder because their system computer only worked up to 2020 models, even though the reset process is very simple and can easily be found online. The oil change itself was done, but the communication, professionalism, and customer service were disappointing. However, what I did not appreciate was the constant prioritizing of phone calls over the customers who were physically standing in line.
