I arrived at 8:55 AM, five minutes early, and by 10:17 AM I was still sitting there waiting. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had to go ask what was taking so long. Only then did I find out that they supposedly needed to order a part and that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive. The worst part isn't even the delay it's the complete lack of communication. Nobody came to tell me there was a problem. Nobody gave me an update. Nobody asked if I was okay waiting that much longer. They apparently just expected me to sit there indefinitely as if I had nothing else to do with my day. What is the point of making a 9:00 AM appointment if you don't respect the customer's time? If you discover that a repair is going to take significantly longer than expected, the absolute minimum you can do is COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. I should not have to chase employees down after sitting there for over an hour just to find out what is happening with my own car.
