Because the entire dash had to be completely removed to do the replacement the labor cost was higher than we had hoped. We decided to hold off for a few days to decide whether we wanted to invest the money for repairs or trade it in. We decided after verifying the labor time involved, to go with the fix. CB gave us the exact cost and we're done with the repairs in the timeframe they told us. After getting the vehicle back, I took it in to check a "rubbing" or "clicking" sound I could hear in the steering column. Tommy too it for a spin... lifted it and found it needed an adjustment to a bracket holding wires by the steering column that was barely hitting the steering column when it was turned a certain way. He did this in about 15 mins and now everything is great! Thank you Jay, Tommy and anyone else who at CB who provided excellent service !

The guy was transparent with me about my oil change, let me know that the cheapest option was just as good as the next one up (for my particular make & model & mileage) & he even gave me a discount on top of that. I tried to give him $10 for great service, he refused the tip, then proceeded to offer me a free car wash... I was like does somebody know me here?? Hahaha I paid for my car wash before he could offer though, so they gave me a free detail package. 10/10 recommend. I haven't stopped talking about how awesome the staff was.

Working with the Dealership, and the BMW service shop had just become a hassle over the years, and I didn't want to deal with them for the tires. I stopped in to this Baymeadows Tires Plus location around 11am in the morning to see if they could even get these tires. They said they could, and would have them at the shop later that afternoon. They said they would give me a call around 3 PM, and I could bring the car over and they would put the tires on for me today. I said "really?" in disbelief. Well, sure enough at 2:50 PM, I got the call. By 3:10 PM I was there and handed them the keys. By 4:15 PM I was driving away with four brand new tires expertly mounted. Expert service well handled for me - very nice! But wait - there's more...while sitting in the waiting room, I got to over-hear how these guys interacted with, and provided servicing for about a half a dozen other customers. I'm gonna tell you, if I could hire these guys to be on my Team, I would! They are excellent!!! They are honest, forthright, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and fare. They treated everyone they interacted with in a respectful way and went above and beyond to ensure each of their customers felt satisfied. Their service is quick and efficient, and to top it off they're having fun and enjoy what they do. They don't just work on your car/truck, they are there to help you.
