I don't know much about cars but I do know a lot of places will try to upsell you on things you don't need, especially if you blatantly tell them you don't know what you're doing. The guy was transparent with me about my oil change, let me know that the cheapest option was just as good as the next one up (for my particular make & model & mileage) & he even gave me a discount on top of that. I tried to give him $10 for great service, he refused the tip, then proceeded to offer me a free car wash... I was like does somebody know me here?? Hahaha I paid for my car wash before he could offer though, so they gave me a free detail package. 10/10 recommend. I haven't stopped talking about how awesome the staff was.

The guys are great and always answer any questions I have. Recently I called with questions about wheel spacers and Roger the owner said since I'd bought the tires from them, to just bring it in the next day and they'd throw em on for me no cost. After picking up my car, I noticed a bit of vibration when on the interstate. I called the shop and without hesitation Cam told me to bring it back by and they'd figure it out. Ended up being I needed a balance and I was back on the road soon after, no issues. Seriously the best shop in town.

I was charged almost $400 and told the issue was fixed. About 10 miles after leaving, my car started running hot. I immediately called the shop and was told, "That's strange, it didn't run hot when you brought it in." I had the car towed back. Three days later, I was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car would not start, which has never been an issue before. Again, I was told, "That's strange, it started when I drove it this morning." While driving the car home--less than 10 minutes from the shop--the vehicle began producing heavy white smoke, which I later learned indicates a blown head gasket. My car was returned to me in much worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm not sure what was done to my vehicle, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before taking your car here.

Cole greeted us ,got us both in since nobody else was there . Cole and Chris both worked on our cars and before we knew it ,we were on our ways home. They delivered the not-so-great news about an oil leak in a way that was clear, respectful, and not overwhelming--no pressure, just honest information. Ty actually showed me the leak while my car was up, which I've never had an experience like that but greatly appreciated! Afterward, I asked Ty where I could go to replace my battery, and he recommended another place that ended up being just as great. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out. Both Sam and Ty were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. As a manager myself, I would absolutely hire them. They both need raises--seriously. Highly recommend this location!
