    Lobster Roll
    Diane G.

Food was awesome! Had the Ramen, lobster sushi roll, chicken with noodles, and a Poke bowl. 2 appetizers to share. Plenty of food for 4. Hot sake good too. Service was good, ambience is beautiful! High-end for sure. Prices weren't bad either. $185 with 20% tip.

Great service by our waitress and the food came out very quickly and tasted wonderful. There was plenty of parking around this location and the restaurant is beautifully decorated.

a really solid experience all around. Everything we tried hit, but a few things definitely stood out. Chilean sea bass was incredible, easily the best thing we ordered Mango guava cheesecake was a great way to end the meal Sushi was fresh and well put together Our server Michael was awesome, super attentive. Definitely a spot I'd go back to, especially for the sea bass.

We had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere is unmatched. Beautiful decor. We are in the private room and it was so special and intimate. Great music. Food was excellent. My favorite was the Chilean sea bass. We had 3 desserts and by far the best is the mango cheesecake no competition. Our server Michael went above and beyond. 10/10

Late night date night here was an amazing choice ! Located across margaritaville down by celebration an 192. Loved the recommendations and what they had to offer. Our waiter Ricky was amazing and gave us great tips and a rundown of the menu ! Delicious sushi and specialty rolls along with their drinks for perfect pairing ! I personally ordered the "My Bae" and it was almost like an alcoholic mango popsicle. Definitely will be coming back to try more of their specialty items !

First time here. First off, decent decors in and out. Came for late lunch on a Saturday, arrived about 2:30pm. Was not busy, maybe only 5 or 6 other people dining when we arrived. Our server greeted us warmly and friendly, but he definitely can improve more in service skills, I won't get into detail of that. Let's talks about the food. I had like 10 minutes before lunch ends at 3pm so I ordered a hibachi and the pick 3 sushi roll. The lunch hibachi and rolls are worth the cost. Then we also ordered almost $200 in nigiri and sashimi. Everything tasted fresh and well presented. The only thing I am NOT impressed with was the surf clams. Why? Because they actually cut one surf clam in half and count it as two pieces. But the tuna and salmon sashimi cuts were pretty thick. I want to see what the lunch bento is like so hopefully the next time we make it here it's lunch time. Oh, their to-go bag is pretty cool, it's insulated and sturdy.

This spot is something special. The food is fantastic. The service is VERY good. The resturaunt is clean. The decor is really futuristic. I will say, the whole experience was wonderful. The menu is several pages, with lots of options. There are plenty of ramen bowls and many different sushi rolls. I had the seaweed salad and it was great! I also had the edamame and it was super garlicy and spicey, so good and fresh and flavorful! We also shared a plate of the fried tofu. It was very soft and tender. It practically melted in your mouth. The only downside was the lack of vegetarian options. One of the people in our party said they did see a vegetarian roll. I didn't see that, but still with a multiple page menu- to only have one option was pretty disappointing. Having said all that, the experience was positive. Since most people are not vegetarians, I think most people would be very satisfied.

A special shoutout to Ricky, who was an excellent server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His positive attitude and great customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best sushi experiences I've had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality sushi, excellent service, and a great dining experience. I will definitely be coming back!

    King of the Ocean roll

Cool modern space-themed atmosphere, incredible food that took my breath away, long wait times. I've visited this location twice now - once with my entire family, then a second time on New Year's Eve with my husband. Both times, the food was gorgeously staged, mouth-watering, and there was still plenty for leftovers. Our most recent visit had great service from our waitress, but the wait times for raw sushi items were a little excessive, even for it being a holiday. We ended up waiting over an hour for some raw salmon - I will say that the manager and waitress were super attentive to this without us even saying anything, so I appreciate that they acknowledged the craziness. We ordered the Salmon Lover as an appetizer to split because there's nothing better than salmon! I also ordered the King of the Ocean, a lobster-based cooked sushi roll that comes out in this huge pieces - good luck trying to look good eating this in front of a date Seriously the best sushi roll I've ever had though, and surprisingly holds up INCREDIBLY well as leftovers. To pair it, I ordered a side of fried rice (which as a disclaimer, does not exist apparently, so they charge you for the kids fried rice - $11). Not amazing, but if you add a LOT of soy sauce to it, it's pretty good. We love this restaurant but really were disappointed with the consistent kitchen timing issues. Hopefully this gets resolved as they find their pacing.

Bayridge Sushi can be described in two words, tastefully opulent. The service is phenomenal and so is the food. Be careful though the floors are super slippery. It is a tad pricey, but for the experience and the service it is worth it. Hard to believe Bayridge Sushi is a chain. Came here for my birthday when my mom was visiting from out of town. I can honestly say this was a very awesome experience. For starters, we ordered some mixed drinks the calamari, and truffle waygu. The drinks were good. The calamari was better. And the Waygu was awesome sauce. Check out the video. For mains we ordered Kuni salad, some sushi rolls and curry ramen. The portions were good for the price, especially the rolls we ordered: spicy tuna, avocado roll, salmon skin roll without eel sauce and make your own roll, tuna, avocado with spicy mayo. The sushi was both affordable, fresh and delicious. The venue is grand, opulent and chic. It wasn't gaudy in my opinion, but there was a good amount of neon and black lacure, so there is that. Not a place I would frequent every week, but certainly a few times a year, or even once a month. Especially if only to get sushi. The sushi for me was the highlight of the experience. Although, that waygu was on a level of its own.

I saw this place on my social media and immediately knew I had to check this place out. I live in celebration so this place is just down the road from me. It's easy to find via GPS and there is plenty of parking. The interior is very aesthetic and there are lots of photo opportunities. There was even a photographer walking around taking pictures of people at their tables (and selling paper framed pics for $20) and gave us a free print to take home which was a nice touch. The menu was extensive and offered a variety of different options for sushi and drinks. We ordered 3 rolls, an appetizer and a dessert as well as some sparkling sake. Prices and amount of food was decent. Service was 10/10 Sarah is a great server. There is also a private room available for rent here and is behind a speakeasy door that is activated by a hand wave. The door was open and we were able to peak inside. I will definitely be back here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place for sushi in the area.

    Mad Max
    Logan A.

Bayridge Sushi is a bombardment of the senses. With a lively atmosphere and some of the largest sushi rolls and most extravagant entrees I've seen at a Sushi restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious, but the service was slow and honestly pretty bad considering the restaurant was not even 2/3rd full. The salmon lover we split as an appetizer, alongside crab Rangoons and gyoza. All were excellent. I really loved my Mad Max and Crunch Salmon rolls. They were ridiculously large and I definitely won't make the mistake of ordering more than one roll next time. I also had a bite of my wife's King of the Ocean roll. It was absolutely incredible, one of the best rolls I've ever had. And I would hope so, at a staggering $27! But the presentation and quality here made it worth it. Unfortunately the side of fried rice was truly bland and the service and atmosphere was less than stellar. There was an extremely loud table of small children and adults running around behind us that couldn't be helped, but even so, it felt impossible to hear each other most of the evening due to the warehouse like design of the space. Overall, I'll definitely be back for the delicious food, but come further mentally prepared for a long wait for food, drinks and having to ask for extra silverware 3-4 times if needed.

The Best Way to Get Lost in Clermont…read more My husband and I stumbled upon Back 40 Wine Co while exploring downtown Clermont during our vacation, and what started as a casual walk quickly became one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped through the door, Wesley and Karen welcomed us not as customers, but as friends. Their warmth, authenticity, and genuine hospitality created an atmosphere that is increasingly rare to find. You can immediately sense that this is a place built on relationships, passion, and community. The wine was exceptionally smooth and flavorful, carefully selected and presented with obvious knowledge and love for the craft. The food was equally impressive fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared to complement the wines. Every bite and every sip reflected the care that goes into creating a memorable experience. What impressed us most was the originality and honesty of the place. In a world where so many establishments seem focused on sales and turnover, Back 40 Wine Co focuses on people. The conversations are genuine, the friendships are real, and the atmosphere encourages you to slow down, relax, and enjoy the company around you. I was really surprised when I found this place was only eight minutes from our hotel, which was the Helios, and that it had abundant parking. On Saturday at 11 AM we were one of only a couple people in the restaurant, and the restaurant is huge. I heard it does get busy for dinner. Our waitress was so nice, whenever she left the table my younger son would ask where she went because he wanted to talk with her again. Almost everything is made in house and it shows. We loved everything we got. I got a Matcha cocktail off the brunch menu and it was amazing. Not too sweet and made with real Matcha powder. They do have a kids menu so my son got cheese pizza and it came with a side of fries or fruit. He decided on fries and the fries are delicious. We got a Caesar salad to share along with the steak and fries. The Caesar salad was amazing. The croutons were absolutely delicious and it was quite large so I'm glad we got it to share. The Steak Frites was also very good. It was topped with chimichurri sauce and the medium rare was cooked to perfection. The fries were the same as my sons fries and everybody loved them. They're skinny and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. After eating at the theme park, it is a joy to have high-quality food at reasonable prices. This restaurant is also beautiful and they have so many different types of wine on top that you can try. I really love this concept. I'm a huge fan of the drink menu, there were many other drinks that I wanted to try. If we were local, we'd be coming here almost every weekend. I highly recommend checking this place out.
