Zeta Asia was nice. The Bonsai roll was blissful. The extra dirty gin martini could have been dirtier but I also think the Monkey 47 gin changed the flavor profile a little... or that might have been the dry vermouth. I enjoyed fried gyoza, but I haven't found an Asian-cuisine restaurant yet that could screw up gyoza. Just saying. Overall, it was a solid experience at the Signia at Hilton resort in Disney Springs. A little on the pricey side, but you are at a resort where prices are going to be higher. It is the convenience without having to venture off site. Service was solid. The sushi was good. I felt good about things. Huzzah.

This is a great restaurant in Signia where the staff are all great with some good food. My friend and I came here 45 minutes before closing and they still served us and didn't rush us to get our order in. My favorite item that we ordered was the Nori Kurakka ($22) which are spicy tuna nachos. I love that they fried the seaweed for the nacho chip. It was very delicious and the tuna is not too spicy if people cannot handle too much spice. We ordered the pork belly bao bun as we were told these were popular too. The dragon roll is always a must for me to order so we got that as well. The roll was delicious and was not skimpy either. I don't enjoy sushi restaurants where the sushi is really small and thin and then charge you a lot for a tiny roll. The California roll was probably my least favorite out of everything we ordered. But everything else was delicious overall!

Stopped in for dinner while attending a conference at a local hotel. Was greeted and seated at the bar and was promptly asked for my order by the server. Sports were on the TV, and popular music was playing. Air conditioning was cranked to be fitting of Eskimos. I ordered the green salad with ginger dressing. The vegetables were fresh and the dressing was tasty. At $15, seemed quite pricey. For my entrée I ordered the Ahi tuna poke bowl. Very little ahi, too much aïoli, and the kimchi overpowered the dish. Upon receiving the check I noticed I was charged $6.50 for a club soda, which was just club soda out of the gun. OK experience, but I would not returrn.

Our dining experience at Zeta Asia didn't have the best start. Even though their posted open time is 5pm (and we arrived promptly for our 5pm reservation), the doors didn't actually open until about 10 minutes later. We sat ourselves at the bar where we had adequate service, nothing spectacular. Fortunately, the food was fresh, delicious and had great presentation. Zeta Asia is convenient if you're staying on property, but I think we'll venture off property next time.

Very good and fresh sushi and excellent and friendly staff! The jalapeño roll had a good kick to it which most rolls in my past with jalapeño have not. The tuna was not fatty at all nor was it super fishy. The rice was a great balance to the roll. Gyoza was solid, and the pork belly bao bun was my favorite! It was oozing with flavor! To top off the night, the pineapple spring roll was both sweet and light. I loved the ice cream and apple that came with it, too.

This restaurant is located in one of the wings of the Waldorf Astoria. My girlfriend decided to order a salad, and I was interested in ordering it. I misu soup and a curry chicken meal They delivered my soup which wasn't as hot as I typically like, but nobody gives it that hot anywhere. As I ate the soup, I got a quarter down, which was way too salty. I called the waitress over, and the waitress happily credited the soup, and I replaced the soup with the salad. The salad had a spectacular dressing. Delicious, I had never had a salad dressing like that, and I couldn't even describe what was in it. It was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. My girlfriend had her salad, and she enjoyed it just as much as I did. The curry chicken dish had just the right amount of spices and hit the right spot. The service was spectacular, and the ambiance would be business casual. They have a full bar. I recommend the salmon overnight, but everything else.

Trio of bao with Peking duck, pickled veggies, spider roll

We went here as part of the Epicurioius progressive dinners, and really enjoyed the three offerings: pickled vegetables, spider roll, and steamed bar bun with Peking duck. The latter was the group's favorite. The only problem is that the room is extremely austere, all hard steel and stone surfaces, so it's not necessarily the coziest Asian dining experience. The service was wonderful.

We found this gem on Magical Dining, then booked through Open Table - turns out we were the first online booking they had the privilege of serving. The food was excellent in taste and preparation. Larry took great care of us and Rick, the manager, stopped by for a lovely conversation. Zeta is looking to cater to more locals - tucked away in a Bonnet Creek Hotel, they DO validate parking (just ask!). The Madrasa Mule was tasty and zingy. The selections of sake were various and delicious. The food was perfectly delectable. We will definitely be coming back and are hoping to see you locals there!

After coming back from a long day of Disney , eating hot dogs, cotton candy ,Dole Whip and anything my inner child wanted...it was nice having an on-site restaurant that serves sushi and Asian fare. Zeta Bar & Sushi Lounge , located at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Signia Resort, is a wonderful way to experience sushi and adult cocktails when visiting Orlando. It was popular which means not only travelers were there to dine but locals too. Note: they are only open Wednesday-Saturday. Lucky for us we were able to dine there on Saturday evening before closing. We started off with two signature hand crafted cocktails and I had a bowl of Miso Soup. We added an order of Crazy A Bao Buns to that. You get two baos per order so I chose some of each: pork belly and Korean bbq short rib. I was drawn to the ingredients in both so that's why I opted for the variety. Everything I ordered was so yummy so far! They do have a menu for little ones but our kid enjoyed a side of avocado, sushi rice and other sushi extras to make her own bowl. We had two signature rolls: Dragon Roll and Jalapeño Roll. We started dining there but because our kid was tired, they were able to pack up our sushi and sauces to enjoy in our room. Fresh, Delicious,Memorable..that's what I want from my sushi experience. And that's what we got.

OMG.... do you love Sushi? Go here if you do! The food was absolutely sensational. Such gorgeous presentation and beautiful food. We had a lovely time here, but our waitress was scattered and having an off night. The service was very slow, inconsistent, and the waitress was inattentive. I don't blame the restaurant for that, but would of course go again, because the ambiance and food were just so darn DELISH. EXTRA YUM!

I loved my spicy salmon sushi! The fish was so fresh it melted in my mouth with just the right amount of spice. The short rib was so tender and there was a subtle spicy sauce that brought it together for me. I wasn't feeling the kimchi even though I like it in general. This was recommended by my waiter and it was pretty good. A 3.5 out of 5 overall. The key lime crème brûlée was so delicious! Lastly the service was timely and courteous!

The drinks here were amazing! I ordered the jalapeño roll and it was pretty good- it was basically a spicy tuna roll with a jalapeño slice on top. I was not especially impressed with the roll. My mom had ordered the short rib bibimbap and the short rib was so tasty and soft. It was so good!

Love the sushi , the vibe of this restaurant was great and great customer service. One of the best hotel restaurants I have been to. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was very disappointed with our experience at Takumi-Tei. For a dinner costing over $650, I expected a true sushi omakase experience focused on raw fish. Instead, nearly every course was cooked, with only one piece of raw fish served. I consider myself to be an adventurous eater; however, had it been made clear beforehand, I would not have even considered booking this experience. The service also did not match the quality advertised. Our server disappeared for about 45 minutes, and despite asking multiple times, we could not get assistance. There were additional long delays before the final courses and before receiving the check. When the bill arrived, we were charged for something we had been told was included, and the interaction made us feel uncomfortable rather than accommodated. At the end of the evening, we were also stopped from leaving because an introduction was taking place. After spending over three hours there, we simply wanted to leave, especially after such a disappointing experience overall. Overall, the evening felt poorly managed and did not reflect the level of quality or hospitality expected at this price point. After the extended delays throughout the night, being prevented from leaving created an unnecessarily frustrating end to the experience and left us feeling agitated for hours afterward, which should not happen at this level of dining. I would have preferred the fantastic fish and chips in England for under $40 for two people. :)

Very good! My…read morehusband and I were in town for a mini vacation to celebrate his birthday and of course while we're on vacation we have to find the most amazing places to dine. I did a quick Google search as well as a Yelp search and this place came up and the reviews were fairly well first of all I love Hibachi so I'm gamed to try every Hibachi place in the world nevertheless I did call to make reservations but I believe during this certain time of the year which was I think it was a Labor Day weekend or the weekend before Labor Day... Nevertheless reservations weren't needed but I did make them just in case. We arrived via Uber which was a quick 10 minute ride from our stay from the Sheraton Vistana. We walked in was greeted immediately and overall everything was a 10 out of 10. I don't think I have any complaints if you love Hibachi and love the family style sit around type thing around the Hibachi Grill definitely check this place out very chic very picturesque. Seems like it's very clean as wel! I highly recommend this spot. If we're ever back in town I think we're going to definitely stop by here again and dine. I almost forgot I told them that we were celebrating my husband's birthday and the chef from our experience ended our night with a fluffy cupcake a one candle lit... Those at our table sung happy birthday to him it was super duper sweet and I love when restaurants do this...such a cherry on top of a great dining experience! Have fun and enjoy life :)

First off I must address the elephant in the room their manager Tony who likes to stand in the archway between the dinning rooms and send text messages like it's going out of style, then after he was done with one of his texting sessions I watched him use not a very nice and kinda demeaning tone to one of the employees to go tell them to do something and let me say I noticed this across the table through a cooking chef so it would seem that he isn't very nice and if that weren't enough at the end of our meal our wonderful server Sammie was talking to us and she totally made our visit and was very friendly mid conversation with her Tony comes up and then she stopped in sentence and like walked away as Tony came up I said that she made our visit and he could clearly careless as he then put this QR code in front of me and told me to do a google review I replied I don't do that I use Yelp and that instantly made him get real short with me and walk away, so needless to say that guy has some serious issues as a manager and I feel bad for his staff because it definitely seems like he's one of those managers you don't wanna have. While I might be totally wrong about this as I don't work here and I've only been here once that's just what I noticed what I saw and the energy that I felt. So our food was good but I must say it was just typical hibachi and let's start with the onion soup it was ok kinda bland and needed more mushroom, the salad was good but they didn't give us very much as the server walked away with a very full bowl from a large table, my fried rice and veggies were good but mostly tasted like garlic butter, my steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly and flavorful definitely the better part of the mean but I found it strange that my steak came with a few pieces of potato's I've never seen this before at hibachi and they I had to ask them for ginger sauce for my shrimp as I guess they don't give it out. My hot sake and Kirin were both yummy and I just say the hot sake bottle was on the smaller side but it wasn't over priced so that part definitely added to the night! Our chef was good he didn't do anything out of the normal stuff just the regular the heart beat the egg trick and the volcano but it's all good a basic ambiance is fun sometimes too! Overall food was decent but definitely something that didn't leave an impression on me as other hibachi restaurants have, that mixed with what we noticed go on I wouldn't come back especially with soo much competition in the area I'd rather go there!

It is on the second floor, there are stairs outside as well as an elevator. I would also note that you might be seated with others as this is a hibachi style dining with about 10 seats around a large flattop grill. Again, we do prefer the value at our local hibachi restaurant since we get more food there and at a less cost, however we decided to come back here for a dining package during the Flower and Garden concert series. This is a set price that comes with an entree, dessert and drink (alcohol included) as well as reserved closer seating for the concert. We were a little concerned since it was one of the higher cost restaurants included in the dining package. If you order correctly you can get the most out of that package. We paid about $15 more than ordering without the package. In reality we would not have ordered dessert either so it would have been about $25-$30 cheaper without getting the dining package. However, you get to go into the theatre first, so your seat is guaranteed and you usually get closer seating. If there is someone we really want to see, we are always doing this package. The food is cooked right at your table, in front of you. It is the best part of the meal. The food is actually pretty good as well. I think it has improved quality and taste since the last time we visited. This is a fun experience for the family but your experience can depend on the chef and others at your table. Your meal includes vegetables mixed with udon noodles, white rice and a garden salad as well as the entree protein that was chosen. They have single options such as steak or chicken or combos. They also offer two types of sauce, ginger and a white sauce. Both are actually really good, although I prefer just ginger, and my wife prefers to have both. We both chose the steak and shrimp to get a better value for the package. The salad was cold, crisp and really nice with the ginger sauce. They did keep bringing me white rice, Im not sure why, but I was very full at the end. I will say the portions seemed a little smaller than many years ago, but larger than the last time we visited, but again, we were full by the end so it was fine. I think they season the meats and vegetables appropriately, everything tasted great. I would prefer to have more of the vegetables in larger size as opposed to the thin strips they use to mix with the udon noodles. Service is always fantastic, the cast members are always friendly, ready to help, willing to describe anything to you and overall are just really great. This past visit, we loved our chef and server. Both ladies were extremely friendly, chatted with the table, told us all about themselves, where they were from and also kept our drinks and rice full! I personally love this type of meal and food. I always think I could eat this everyday. The food is great. Im not sure if this will be a stop we have to go to every year, we do prefer our local hibachi, however, the food here is great. It is a nice spot to sit, have a great meal and enjoy the ambiance. It was a little loud this last time, mostly due to another table being intoxicated and very loud. But this is fun dining. It is perfect for kids, it keeps them engaged. I would recommend this for large groups wanting to dine together. Its not a great date night spot in my opinion. But overall good food, would come again in the future. ACES!

We walked into a space that offers a more relaxed sit-down dining experience compared to the quick-service options around the park, with a calm atmosphere that makes it a nice break from a busy day at Epcot. The dining room has a clean, modern design with subtle Japanese touches, and the seating is arranged to accommodate both small groups and larger parties comfortably. The menu offers a good mix of sushi and cooked dishes, making it accessible whether you are looking for something light or a more filling meal. We started with a selection of sashimi and nigiri, both of which highlighted the fresh seafood, with the fish tasting clean and well prepared. The unagi don provided a heartier option, with the grilled eel sitting over a bed of rice and the sweet soy glaze adding richness without overwhelming the dish. The wagyu gyoza was another popular option, adding a richer and more savory dish to balance out the sushi selections. The presentation is thoughtful, and the portions work well for a theme park dining experience, substantial enough to feel like a proper meal without being overly heavy. One of the biggest advantages of Shiki-Sai is the atmosphere. Being located inside Epcot's Japan Pavilion already gives it a unique setting, and the dining room provides a quieter environment away from the crowds outside. We found it to be a welcome respite from the busy park, with the calm energy of the room allowing us to settle in and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. If you get a window seat, the view of the park adds another layer to the meal, especially during nighttime when you can watch the fireworks from the restaurant. The lighting in the evening is warm and the view creates a memorable backdrop for the meal. Service was one of the stronger parts of the experience, with attentive staff who were helpful with menu questions and made the meal feel well-paced. They were knowledgeable about the dishes and offered guidance on the sushi and cooked options, which was especially useful given the range of choices. The pacing of the courses allowed us to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed, and the team checked in at the right moments. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during busier park days, as sit-down restaurants in Epcot can fill up quickly. We booked ahead and were glad we did, as the restaurant was full throughout our visit. Shiki-Sai is a great option for anyone looking for a more authentic Japanese meal while visiting Epcot. The combination of sushi, traditional dishes, attentive service, and a relaxing atmosphere makes it stand out from the more casual food options in the park. It is especially worth considering if you want a slower-paced dinner and a chance to enjoy the Japan Pavilion beyond just walking through it, offering a meal that feels both restorative and thoughtfully composed.

One of Epcot's best! Impressive (almost never ending) meal…read moreand beautiful view overlooking the Japan pavilion and fireworks! The menu pricing has incredible value. You can order à la carte or with their $65 prefix menu. Now get this: the prefix meal includes an appetizer, side of sushi, entree, dessert, AND a cocktail/mocktail. The portions are almost ridiculously large. My appetizer (chicken nanban) was so large I had completely forgotten my entree was yet to arrive given how full I was from both the appetizer and sushi. Our server commented that this was a consistent observation with guests who dine there. I went with my family and as a large group we were able to try multiple menu items, all of which were outstandingly delicious. Try the chicken nanban and the violet sake! The kids meals are very picky eater friendly - the cute bento boxes had an assortment of chicken and fruit that the kids loved. You'll enjoy everything here. From the soft buttery sushi to the Japanese pancake (often referred to as Japanese pizza). The environment is collected, calm, and relaxing. The service was genuine and welcoming, and they stay very on top of refilling drinks and clearing used plates. They also have great recommendations if you have a difficult time deciding your meal choices. The environment in Shiki-Sai is a noticeable contrast to the sister restaurant Teppan Edo (which offers hibachi) across the hall. While Shiki-Sai was open, peaceful, and inviting, Teppan Edo was quite noisy, cramped, and the air felt warm. You can notice these differences walking past the restaurant to the shared bathrooms at the end of the building. As the occasion was to celebrate a birthday, we felt we had made the right choice. I have visited nearly all of Epcot's restaurants, and this ranks in my top 3! Will definitely visit again and again.
