The first pleasant surprise was the bar and Happy Hour. They have $8 cocktails and $4 beers, and these are legitimate specialty craft cocktails. I had the Wasabi Ginger Margarita, which felt like the perfect introduction to what DOMU does so well. There was a slight spice from the wasabi balanced by the ginger, and the whole thing just worked. We started with the famous wings, cucumbers and Cheezus. DOMU calls their wings the best in Orlando, but I think they might be some of the best wings I've ever had anywhere. The kimchi butter sauce has this incredible savory, sweet and umami flavor that makes them completely addicting. My wife almost dropped one and immediately announced that she would have eaten it off the floor before allowing a DOMU wing to suffer that fate. They're THAT good. The cucumbers were another huge hit. I could honestly come back just for the wings, cucumbers and a couple of cocktails as an afternoon snack. The Cheezus was probably my least favorite of the three appetizers. It was certainly unique and still good, but I personally would have preferred a little more corn and a little less cheese.
