This place was great! Don helped me out, and he was super friendly and nice in all of our conversations. I had some light damage on my car, and Don walked me through the different options: cheap, quick fix vs. replacing parts with new parts from Nissan. I appreciated the clarity and went with the cheapest option. It only took him a day AND he drove me to Bart and picked me up at the end of the day! I was having a hard time finding alternative rides to work and really appreciated his help. He even picked me up after the shop was already closed! By the way, this place is cash or check only. I didn't know that and felt terrible that I couldn't pay him at the end of the day, but he was very understanding and sent me on my way and said I could come back to pay him when I had the chance. The rest of these reviews must be fake.... If you want your car to be messed up... go here! Had two cars painted and fixed. Both had and still have paint issues. Dripping, streaks, etc. On the truck they just forgot to put the antenna back and a few other things. So, I decided to talk to the owner, Don, about my clear coat peeling off less than 2 years after paint job and he said sure bring it in and we can fix it. I had to re-schedule due to a family thing so I brought in two days later and then I showed up and he acted like I was crazy and said I was going to have to pay for it... If you tell me you'll take care of it and I rearrange my whole schedule, get a rental car, pay for someone to watch my kids, and then drive there and give me his story why would I or anyone want to get work done from a place that does shotty work and then doesn't stand by it. Not to mention telling me that he would take care of it. read more

Almost 2 Weeks a go a lady hit my car when she tried to reverse.After that she didn't give me her insurance and introduce me to this body shop. For my first experience was terrible the owner of the store was a old guy came to me with rude behavior we had argue together from first he denied to answer my question about how he want to fix my car he just was rude. He charged me for 400$ for small dent on the guard and instead of take off the dent he paint my guard and my bumper which doesn't make Sense. So I went here for my junker vehicle whose window would not roll down on its own. I do a lot of things on my own but I do not have button removers which is how the speakers are buttoned instead screwed to the car. I knew that the door hinge broke the car window rail. Don was very accommodating, considering I had to go out of pocket. He went out of his way to find the cheapest Toyota parts for me and kept me informed throughout the process (looked into refurbished, but turns out refurbished was twice the price of new one, because it's a relatively new car and there aren't that many scraps available yet, used as much of the salveagable parts on my car, etc.). All in all, Bayshore Auto Body made my car look better than before (I had bought the car used, and it already had some "imperfections," but Bayshore Auto Body even fixed that part). And the pricing? So reasonable! Really, I can't believe he actually did the work for what I paid. It was bad enough that I had to get my car repaired, but putting it in Don's hands made it much less painful. Highly, highly recommend this place. Had a bang up with my Lexus, and wanted to take care of it myself so was really looking for someone who would do a great job at a reasonable price. I had taken my car to a shop prior to coming here and they gave me all this hoopla about having to replace the entire trunk lid, quoting me over $200. I have known this company for 45+ years and Don specifically for 25+ years as he took the business over from his Dad. My father brought all our cars there for repair and I have been doing the same. The service is always timely, lowest cost around and hassle free. The quality of work is first rate and I have never needed to return a car for incomplete work. Don must have fixed at least 20+ cars between my father an me including BMWs, Porsches and Mercedes over that time period and in all cases it was 5 star work.
