He offered to speak to the other party himself to explain everything, which I greatly appreciated. He even assisted me with handling the report to the insurance company, letting me know about everything I should tell them, which was a great help with my first accident. When my availability didn't line up with when the repairs were complete, Mahar still offered to stay beyond the shop's closing time for me to pick up the car. And even when that didn't work, he was incredibly gracious enough to arrange for a different time. Upon picking up my car, I honestly couldn't even tell I was in an accident in the first place which was amazing.
