Back story: My dad and I have never needed to tap on our car insurance or anything related to the car other than to drive it, so when we woke up one day to an ugly scratch on the rear bumper we were scrambling to figure out what to do. Just wanted to drop here that Andy of A&R Auto Body was absolutely amazing and took us through all the steps. He was patient in explaining the process, and gave us a reasonable amount for the fix. Dropped my car off to A&R Autobody because it was close to home. I was kinda weary at first because this shop is pretty new and I had never heard of it. However I am very pleased with the results. I brought my car because of a big dent in my rear fender. Within two days I get a text saying that my car was finished already. Talk about fast and efficient service. Upon reviewing the repair the fender looked brand new! You wouldn't even know that my car got hit there if you saw it. They were even kind enough to help secure my rear bumper that was slightly misaligned from another accident that happened in the past. One of the best shops out in the bay area. Everything came back as good as they said. Finished all within the time they promised. In and Out no time wasted. Truck looks just as good as when I first bought it from the dealer. The paint was matched perfectly even though the paint on the truck is several years old. The blending is top notch.
