In order for us to leave kids at home and come from Seattle area to stay at QUINALT CASINO you must do better at making it worth the trip. The tier rewards are severely lacking. Remove the minimum two nights stay, and or the limits on (Sun-Thurs "only") comp rooms. It was completely silent, depressing, dark when we visited. Drinks were undrinkable, warm, sloppy service, rotten garnish, thick smoke, no security at entry doors, less desirable crowd. Bring some excitement to the casino. Nightly specials, DJ, performers, appealing giveaways, younger crowd, fun employees, dancing, instagrammable drinks. Speaking of instagram, if the casino's marketing agent doesn't like your instagram comment they will HIDE IT from others to see. Rather than being professionally responsive. Dishonest practices! No wonder why they haven't claimed the yelp page. Trust the reviews.

If you stay in the dead of winter, you can get a king bed room with a view of the ocean for $119/night. Prices go up, even in December, on the weekend to $189 and definitely for New Year's at $299. Sometimes they have events with live bands. The are hosting a free New Year's Eve party this year with an 80's band from 9 pm-1 am and giveaways in the casino. This is a no smoking, no pets facility. Only service animals are allowed. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Adults only in the hot tub and gym. Emily's is a casual restaurant there that's pricey for what they offer, but the food and service is good. I think you could knock someone out with the menu, it's so heavy with acrylic and wood. There's also a coffee bar, regular bar, fast food place with things like pizza and hot dogs called Big Eats, and a casual restaurant called Ocean Lounge. There's a spa available by appointment only. Haven't been there yet.

The orange chicken was ok, even though the name label said it was General Tso's. The cream cheese purses are excellent! A good variety of sushi, of which they do a good job (although perhaps missing a few?) of labeling what type of sushi it is - of raw or not. For the price, definitely a good place to eat & I will be a regular. I appreciate the $1 discount for seniors The remodeling they did for their restaurant is great, as this used to be an Izzy's. I shall definitely return!!

The green beans are always overcooked and the general S. chicken is breaded weird the Mongolian beef is chewy beef and not the proper flavor. The hot and sour soup is not very flavorful either and the ingredients are too big. There are a lot of carbohydrates here and not enough vegetables, dishes, beef or seafood. Honestly, if they would hire a proper cooks, this place could be a 3 1/2 4 Star Pl. as of right now it's only a two star. The other problem is one of the Asian waitresses rushes. You out the door after you have two plates even if there's not very much food put on them she brings you, your Bill, which I think is rude. So that is offsetting in my opinion it doesn't make you feel welcome or want to go back often when you're being rushed out the door.

Because this precious time was wasted the thug who picked up my ticket was long gone. I was upset that these casinos wouldn't work with each other in regards to facing this thiefs picture out to other casinos and perhaps they would stop him at the door and recover my funds. But Lucky Eagle did nothing like that. And although it was my fault the casino wouldn't have been out anything by offering some kind of help so that the hit I experienced wouldn't have been so painful and the fact they wasted so much time before even looking at the tape. But my problem with all of the above is the fact I received a comment from Mandi asking me to reach out to her to discuss the issues I had encountered. I did as she asked and have now called twice, left messages on an answering machine and have had zero response from anyone in that department. And although I have curbed my spending at this casino doesn't mean I don't deserve a return call. So this has just added fuel to the flame. I drive from Tacoma and pass a lot of casinos to go to Lucky Eagle. But that doesn't mean I'm not finding other establishments that appreciate me and enjoy the fact I've been coming back to their place. The Lucky Eagle has been getting less and less of my business for a reason.

So I went for lunch today, ordered the special chicken and gozas. Well soup salad were terrific again and then they showed up with a massive plate of teriyaki chicken and 2 huge scoops of rice! Can't wait to try the sushi special next!! well done.

Coming from a background where I've worked a sushi restaurant and have had really good quality…read moresushi, I was pretty disappointed with the quality served. Let's start with the positives though. The service here is friendly as my boyfriend and I were greeted and seated promptly with menus. We ended up going with their current special where you get two rolls and an appetizer, my boyfriend got the salmon delight while I got the coconut shrimp roll with the shrimp tempura for our appetizer. The ambiance here is very classy and definitely goes for a more upscale dining experience with paper lanterns, minimalistic decor and the slightly dim lighting. We got salad and miso soup but I have never seen the salad with a thick orange dressing, it was alright but my boyfriend wasn't a fan. The miso soup was okay but I really wished they put tofu or wakame. We got the shrimp tempura first and the shrimp is nice and juicy, however the breading was a bit off. It had a weird texture and taste that I have never tasted on shrimp tempura. Our rolls were dropped off and I noticed that the rolls are huge but the quality was not the great. The rice appeared mushy, the spicy tuna filling for both rolls was meh (also spicy for my boyfriend who can't handle spicy), and my coconut shrimp roll had a different sauce from the coconut shrimp as it was a spicy mayo (orange) compared to the white coconut sauce that was drizzled on the side of coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp also had the same batter as the shrimp tempura so it was off putting and I was hoping more for the traditional coconut shrimp with coconut flakes on it. I wouldn't mind trying out the peanut butter chicken or their other entrees as I feel like that would have been the better move. Our server didn't really check in on us until the end which was unfortunate as my boyfriend needed water, especially due to how spicy the spicy tuna was.

We had hoped to arrive when they open at noon but had to circle a bit to find parking so arrived closer to 12:25. It's a small place with just a few tables so by then it was a 30 minute wait. So we poked around town and got back around 12:50 and they were just calling our name. The menu sports all things seafood from fish tacos and fish and chips to ceviche and barn mi to crab cakes, crab cocktails and much more. We opted to share an order of the crispy pink shrimp and crab cakes (2 per order) followed by the unique fry bread topped with fresh Dungeness crab. Amazingly delicious! And so different. Would definitely recommend both items. It's a great spot for fresh seafood but try to get there early. At 1 when we were seated the wait had stretched to 90 minutes. Also they aren't able to accommodate group over six and are best suited to 2-4 people. If you are anywhere near-this place is a must.
