He took ownership without any discussion - He called nearest dealer and sent a person to get the replacement cap. He didn't blame it on others - and I am guessing it was possibly damaged already by previous oil change. Haven't seen honesty at this level in many auto shops. They just earned my trust. And their employess know what they are doing (trained well) and they are courteous with customers.
