Finally, they asked me if I had a lug nut socket to remove the tires because their TIRE SHOP didn't have tools for locking lugs nor did Walmart sell them. I told them I could grab mine in ten minutes and they said no, they cancelled my appointment on the spot. THE NEXT DAY, we scheduled another appointment and they again called twice immediately after starting stating the tires are too big. I walked into the garage and they said "we made it work"....again, different crew, and didn't realize they were the SAME tires that were on our jeep (they also don't even rub or anything). Finally, when completing the job, my wife went in to grab the keys and they stated they have they have a bunch of those sockets (YES, THE SAME ONE THEY CANCELLED OUT APPOINTMENT FOR YHE DAY BEFORE) then told my wife they put one of theirs in her cupholders so we're going to just take ours. My wife proceeded to the jeep and NO socket was in the cup holder. She went back and told them and they said "yes we did" and proceeded to walk out and verify the cup holder was empty while holding OUR SOCKET. They then proceeded to say "we know we put one in there but you can just have this one" and proceeded to hand us OUR SOCKET. Absolutely horrible customer service. They replaced the struts and after the struts were replaced the front end started popping. I took it back 4 times and they told me to just drive it 500 to a 1000 miles to let the parts settle in. Now after the parts have "settled" in the popping is worse. Today they said the only way they would warranty out the struts, that totaled $3200 and included new tires, they would have to change the ball jounts for another $850. You would think that with all this front end work they would have seen this issue before replacing the struts or one of the other 4 times I had it in for the popping noise.
