Review for PRIVATE ROOM (which is right next to main office): I attended a meeting here on a Monday night at 7pm. PARKING: Easily accessible parking, right off main road. Tons of parking. Nice view of the golf course at night. Very calming and serene ambiance. No noise as residence live all around and across the street. BATHROOM: Up-kept and couple stalls. Its on the left hand side of main office. BTW the main office and private room have glass walls so you can see into everything through to the golf course. PRIVATE ROOM: Very spacious for a theatre style meeting. It can probably hold up to 90-100 seats with tables on the sides. It has a huge flat screen. Kind of hot, the A/C wasnt on but has 5-6 fans that you can turn on. All in all, I'm a fan for spacious meeting places. **I wish they could offer food or pupus & water, it would be perfect!! read more

As others have stated, this course has made a remarkable recovery. It now qualifies as a real golf course, albeit mostly par threes with 6 par 4's. The price is very reasonable, the workers friendly, and it still has the killer views on the back nine. The news of the improvements hasn't hit the general public, so there are no bag lines. That will probably change as word gets out, so go and enjoy the course now. Obviously from my review, I enjoyed it. read more

terrible customer service. i accidentally made a reservation for the main golf course in bay view when i originally wanted to reserve for the mini golf course also owned by bay view. i went to the pro shop asking to cancel my reservation and the worker made me run around kept telling me to call these numbers that weren't working. it took a whole hour to get my refund and they were no help at all. terrible customer service, never going back. read more

FOOT GOLF Cheap $12 per person for 9 holes. Took us about 80 min It was a fun and new experience! The customer service guy was very friendly and explained everything to us since we were newbies. Bring your own soccer balls if you have them. Otherwise they have some to rent. We went on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't busy. It was nice to go at our own pace and not feel rushed. At one time this golf course had lighting to allow for night play, but those days are well behind us now. That's a good thing because the lights were terrible and made for some dangerous situations. Back then the course and greens were in dire condition and in need of major repair. The answer came none to soon. Focussing on the basic concept of what a golf course should be and not dwelling on gimmicks like night golfing or golf carts made to look like fancy cars. The golf course today is much improved and because it plays relatively easy(par 54.8 from the white tee)it is very popular with women,children,seniors and novice golfers even though it still gives the average golfer a good workout and challenge on accuracy. This is also one of the few golf courses that I actually walk carrying my golf bag. The golf course is mostly flat with very few hills to negotiate. I enjoy coming here after work getting some cardio and sharpening the short game. The green fees are very affordable and even offers dicounts for seniors. read more

Amazing deal for a beautiful golf course, it's actually pretty shocking at how cheap it is compared to other courses. The fairways are lush, the greens play well and are well-manicured. Their neighbors around hole 11 are a bit loud but it won't ruin your day. Bob in the Pro Shop is ridiculously nice as well. read more

Not a bad spot, very inexpensive and relatively easy. Only kind of annoying thing is the soccer golf that is played on the same course. Bay View is owned by a church and it can't develop the land because it's protected, so they've opted for trying to get as much money out of it as possible with overloading the place with soccer golf, mini golf, zipline, and of course regular golfing. Even half the parking lot is being rented out to the Nissan dealership! Again though, for the price, you really can't complain! read more

Brought my girls here yesterday to hit some balls. Wow this place has changed a lot since I first started coming here. I remember back in the day when the balls used to come up by machine automatically and you could select from the machine how high or low you wanted to tee the ball. you could save all your energy so that your slices would go that much farther. Now it's like every other driving range where you place your own tee under the mat and buy buckets via a ball dispenser. I guess that's a good thing though, because that's probably why my ass got fat in the first place. Enough of the nostalgia though, here are the pros and cons of this place. Pros: You can always find a stall to hit balls since there are 2 levels and it's never really that busy. Both levels have roofs so you can practice even if it's raining. There are 2 ball dispensers that take US currency and not special coins. There's a Roger Dunn right in the same lot so you can demo clubs and refill whatever you need in your bag before your round tomorrow. Cons: It's built on marsh land where mosquitos breed. If it's termite season, they come out at night and distract the shit out of you. if you want to practice putting, it will cost you extra and you have to use a rubber putter and a colored ball. (Mini-putt) All in all it's not a bad place, and the location is convenient but due to the cons i gotta give it 3 stars. read more

Footgolf has been discontinued. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience as I know it was enjoyed by many. The reason for the discontinuance is due to the damage it was causing to the golf course. As I know, when a golfer is playing at a course, they look for something that is well maintained. As this might be appealing to a soccer player, these two sports just don't go hand in hand on the same playing field. Bayview is looking to focus more on golf. read more

I went today for a girls birthday party and the views are exceptional! The girls seemed to really enjoy themselves and it had a great pavilion thay wad rented for the evening. I'm not much of a golfer myself but the rates were reasonable and the scenery is lovely. Today was an overcast day otherwise I'd say seat sunscreen. Definitely bring some bug spray! read more

The course was fun but for the size (short course, only par 3's and 4's), it was a little pricy. However, the check in process was terrible, it felt as if I was a burden to the guy working there. I was looking around to see where to enter the office and this employee just stood there not helping. After I entered the office I could tell he was not going to provide any sort of customer service, I asked about the price and that seemed to annoy him. Honestly I am hesitant to return here due to this experience, I hope they will improve their customer service, and would advise other people to look at other courses to play in the meantime. read more

It is not as nice as it was in its former glory 15 years ago, but it has survived the test of time. The are a lot of stalls and I have never seen it filled up. The balls are moderately priced. Nice layed back driving range. read more

Decent driving range. There's nothing special or fascinating about the driving range, but it gets the job done. It's close by, cheap and usually very quiet. My husband and I played golf here yesterday (18 holes) and were extremely pleased with the course. While the course is billed as an executive course - it is not an easy course. The front nine is flatter and a little easier but the back nine holds many challenges and is a delight to play with fantastic view of Kaneohe Bay. In addition the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm giving the course four stars due to its value. For $20 you can play 18 holes on a par 60 course with a cart. Now, Hawaii Kai par 3 is also $20 for a round and a cart. But this course is in much better shape. It's not the same awful course that it used to be. I hadn't played here in about 5 years and it has come a long way. The greens roll true and are well kept. The fairways and rough could use some work, but still for $20 this place is way better than HK par 3. It's also less crowded and the staff is very friendly. No tee time reservations needed. Plus here you can work a little on some longer irons vs at HK par 3 you can't. Gonna be coming here a lot more often during my breaks from college. read more

$21 on the weekends for a golf cart rental and 9 holes, $12 if you walk. I enjoy riding around in the cart, so we've rented the cart both times we've been here. 9 holes is a perfect amount for me. I don't have any experience with golf courses, but this one seems perfect for my needs! This is a par 3 and 4 course, so as a beginner, it's great! There's a small putting green if you wanted to practice beforehand. They have other specials, such as early bird rates on the weekday and twilight rates after 4pm for walkers only! :) read more

The only time I've been here is at night. I like it because it's cool, quiet, and lots of stalls. I rarely go to the driving range, so prices for a bucket seemed reasonable to me. I brought my own beer and they do recycle, but I'm not sure if drinking was allowed... I didn't see any signs. They've got stands for your golf bag if you needed one. Over all, I like it. read more

I remember playing at this place when I was little and having so much fun. Almost 15 years later I have learned to love the game of golf even more and thought I should give this course another visit. For weekdays, its $14 to walk 18 holes and to ride is another $9. Weekends are $3 more. It was a fun front 9 with mostly par 3's and a few par 4's. The back 9 is a lot more challenging but gives you some nice views. For the money, this course is a pretty good value. I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the clubhouse of Bay View on 9/27/14. It was amazing! Our ceremony was on the lanai that wrapped around the building. The breeze was great and the views were even better. We were able to seat 100+ on the lanai. The staff at Bay View (Mark and Bill) are so helpful and very easy to work with. Mark responded very quickly to my inquiries and was more than willing to multiple walk throughs of the venue with both me and my planner on separate occasions. Bill is such a hard worker. We arrived early in the morning to set up and Bill worked right through until the very end. He is such a nice guy and never grumbled once. Our reception was held in the main room of the clubhouse, which was very convenient for my guests. While they enjoyed pupus, we were able to head downstairs to a private room to freshen up. We also took some great pictures on the golf course! I highly recommend Bay View for not only weddings, but any kind of party or gathering. It is very affordable, there's lots of parking, and the people are great! read more

Very cheap golf only $10 if you go before 9 but be ready to lose a lot of balls, even if you stay in the fairway. The grass is very thick on the fairway and the greens could use some work. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. read more

I went there today and on the phone they said it would be 17 dollars for each person 18 holes but when we got there they changed the price to 47 a person and so we decided to play 9 holes for 32 a person (+cart$ 7, clubs$7) and the course was the worst golf course I have ever played on, there was no fairway or rough, the grass was crab grass, there were weeds everywhere, the green was dirt and dead grass, the sand bunkers were grass with three foot weeds. It was basically a park with a flag and a hole. Don't go here, I asked for a refund or at least some money back after playing 7 holes and giving up and they refused me saying they didn't give cash refunds. I own a house in Hawaii and they made me pay the out of state fee because I live primarily in CA and didn't have a HI drivers license. I talked to the owners son to try and get my money back and he refused me too rudely, these people are crooks and have a horrible golf course, don't even think about going there. The range and put put are nice but the course blows. I hate them. read more

A very casual course, which is rarely ever busy. The course layout is not very challenging, and the grass conditions are usually decent at best. The only reason you'd come here is for the discounted costs. They have early bird specials as well as twilight specials. Both are very affordable. I would recommend this course for anyone that is just looking to hit some balls around while trying to avoid the sometimes stressful and crowded nature of the muni courses around the island. Don't expect an amazing course here or anything, however it is a very chill place where you can work on your game. read more

Have played this course the last few months with my daughter, she during her golf team season weekly- we love it! The course is in incredible shape, maintained perfectly. The greens are immaculate. It's an absolute pleasure to play this course. Call ahead to check if big groups are reserving time etc. most of the time you can walk on, and get a cart if you desire. Pricey on the weekends, but the twilight walking special of $6 for 9 holes can't be beat. Pretty well maintained, gorgeous view (especially from the teebox of #14), and the relaxed staff help make up for the course's minor defects. There have been times that the course falls a little into disrepair, but they've especially improved it recently (including rebuilding a couple of the wooden bridges that were falling apart). The staff sometimes isn't on the same page (some require your name(s) for the computer, some don't, one told me I wasn't allowed to play in sandals of any type including actual golf sandals with soft spikes, no one else has ever said a word about them), but overall, it's a great little course to use to improve your high irons. read more

This is by far my favorite golf range on the island. It's a little worn down, but it has an awning to block the sun! Jenny, the attendant in the golf range, is an absolute gem! I didn't bring my clubs, and she lent me some spares in the back, so I wouldn't have to make the trek all the way back to town.
