I always get a great manicure (or pedicure) and it always lasts. Then when he had glued all ten tips, I again repeated that it was not almond or coffin (the two styles I had said I would be good with) but stiletto, and he angrily took them off me. Then he glued a new (correct) tip on, tossed a nail file at me, and asked me to show him how I wanted it. I had to ask him for clippers.! I was not filing that whole nail! I did cut it and then filed it exactly how I wanted it. He seemed p*ssed off! He is the one who asked me to do it! And I am simple. I was so confused through the entire visit. I have never had a nail appt like that before And I had a pic, a color, a shape, and a length that I was direct about, from the beginning. Simple design and nothing crazy. I will not return. Instead of soaking my shellac off, she used the drill all the way down to my nail. Not only did she cut me and make me bleed, she painted over the blood on my nail and it shows through! I had to ask her what her name was. She never even introduced herself to me. Her name was Diane. She didn't say a word to me except when she was disgusted by my blood and asked if the drill had cut me. She didn't even apologize. I emailed the shop twice explaining what happened and asking to have them fixed and they never responded. Definitely NOT #1!
