Their food is good but unfortunately not consistent. Last week I ordered a boneless soy garlic and it was delicious-- nice and crispy even though I took it to go. Because I enjoyed my food, I placed another order again for the same boneless soy garlic, but in a bigger size. However, this order was SO salty, almost unbearably over seasoned. I don't know if it was because the kitchen was super backed up (there were multiple parties in front of me when I went to pick up who had been waiting a while, so I assumed it was the World Cup that led to a lot more orders than usual), but the sauce I got most recently was not the same one I enjoyed prior. Also, there needs to be some changes to their online ordering system because it's not very accurate on wait time. The food here usually takes long because everything is cooked to order, which I am fine with, but the wait times are never accurate. Last week it took 20 extra minutes even without a full restaurant, and when my order was ready they didn't call it out and left it to the side for pickups. This most recent time, the online tracker indicated my order was still being prepared 15 minutes after the original quoted time, but when I went in to pick up my order was just sitting on the counter, meaning that it had already been done for some time. Someone in front of me also complained that they ordered online for a specific pickup time, but the system didn't register the order leaving the person confused. When the food is made right, it's so good! But there are definitely some inconsistencies that need to be addressed. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that it needs to be said. I came in on a Saturday around 6 PM and was helped by an older-looking lady at the counter. I had ordered my usual item and when I opened it, the food was completely dry. I politely told her that they didn't put enough sauce and that my food was still dry. Instead of fixing the order I already paid for, she told me I would have to pay again for more sauce. I explained that I wasn't asking for "extra" sauce I just wanted the order made correctly. Her attitude immediately changed, and she got rude with me for no reason. I even mentioned that I sometimes go to the National City location and the food is never dry there. Her response? "Then go order from the National City location." She literally did not want me there. The way she said it felt rude, dismissive, and honestly a little discriminatory. When I asked for her name so I could address the issue properly, she refused to give it to me. I then asked the younger girl who works there on Saturdays, and she also snapped at me and told me to "leave her out of it." I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism. What kind of business refuses to give their employee names when a customer has a complaint? At that point, I asked for a refund. She tried to refuse, saying, "Well you ate the food." I had taken ONE bite just to taste it and it was dry. After a few minutes of going back and forth, she left to the back without explaining and left me standing at the counter for few minutes so unprofessional again. she finally refunded me, but with a nasty attitude the entire time. The sad part is, during the weekdays there's a gentleman who works there who is extremely kind, respectful, and always checks to make sure everything is okay. He's the reason I even kept coming back. But this Saturday staff especially the older lady completely ruined the experience. If management sees this: please train your weekend staff on customer service, professionalism, and basic respect. No paying customer should ever be treated like this for simply wanting their order made correctly. Updated to 5 stars. Went tonight with another couple. Our server Jayden B was fantastic. She was attentive, explained the menu and overall was what every server should be. Taste wise aside from the original chicken not being our favorite, everything else was outstanding.
