I was driving down the road past Hennessey's when I notice a small new restaurant called bb.q chicken. It piqued my interest so I looked it up. New Korean chicken place. They have about 10 kinds of flavors for whole chicken, boneless chicken and bone-in chicken wings. I ordered three different flavors (honey garlic, spicy galbi and gangnan style). All I can say is ...WOW! The flavors were all unique. The outside was super crunchy and the inside tender. Looking forward to trying the other 7 flavors. The wings come in three sizes. Floored by how infuriating this experience was. I came in and ordered Korean wings which I was really excited about. I was told there is no Golden original option for bone in. Even though it was clearly on the menu. My children don't eat chicken fingers but I thought OK I'll just order boneless because that was what was on their menu as I walked out and spoke to them, they insisted they wanted phone. I went back inside and tried to add to my order first, I asked if I could alter my order and the woman at the Kasch registered couldn't understand what I was saying. I asked if I could speak to a manager, there was no manager present. she made a phone call, and came back and said she could not help me. After 10 minutes of back-and-forth with me trying to explain myself and trying to add the half chicken option in the original Golden style. They still would not sell me another order. I I was so absolutely furious. I just had to get out of there. After paying $58 being driven, absolutely mad, I looked to the other customer who was sitting and eating her chicken wings and said do I am I not making sense, and the customer spoke to the Kasch registry lady and said, why is it that she's not able to add to her order and the cash register lady said I don't understand. And went back to call her manager. This level of incompetence should not be allowed!. All I wanted was chicken wings. Instead I walked away empty-handed and having given $58 for something I did not even get to try. I hope when I call back tomorrow after cooling off a little bit they will consider refunding my money. read more

She was very Friendly & helpful in mentioning some of the popular Wing flavor options, since I was trying to decide which one to choose. She was a pleasant girl to talk to & provided great customer service! Although the wait time might've seemed a bit long, I didn't mind waiting since I understand that food is made Fresh to order & the wings are hand made/prepared for every order.
