The salmon is always on point! Cooked to perfection and the bbq glaze is just mmm mmm good! I didn't give this 5 stars because the green beans were mushy and didn't taste good at all. The container was packed to the rim so when I opened the lid of course green bean juice spilled all over my desk. I've been on a hunt for beef ribs, A massive short rib would be money lol, so I started with central bbq no short rib unfortunately but ordered half rack beef ribs. Not bad meat really tender just swimming in bbq sauce probably shoulda gotten it on the side but that just messes with how your really supposed to have em lol. Very disappointed, made an online order and sent someone to pick it up they only gave him the fries with no explanation as to where the rest of my order was. If this place was not in my neighborhood and I wasn't extremely hungry right now they would not see me because the service is so poor that they charge you $1.00 for a barbecue sauce which comes on the meat.. that is absolutely pure nonsense and to be honest they should stop saying they sell barbecue chicken because it's cooked in an electric smoker in their back room This chicken has never been near a grill and once you eat it you can tell that it's basically just baked chicken. No smoke no smoke ring not even a cross hatch pattern on the outside of the chicken skin which is oily and clearly not grilled or barbecued. this is baked chicken Do not ever take your order out of this place without checking it while you are at the counter, because they do not do refunds or adjustments and they quite often make mistakes. Their prices are high not for good reason either, so quite honestly I just patronized them because they are close to my house and sometimes I have time to kill while trying to give restaurants a second chance. today was confirmation that I didn't need to give them a second chance. they're as awful the fifth time as they've been all the other four times. mostly it's the service But the food, they should know better then to say that they have barbecue chicken when it's smoked/baked. because if you eat the chicken look at the bones and in fact look at the skin on the chicken you can see clearly it's never been near a grill. Finally got a chance to check out this barbecue joint, the interior is very fast foodie. They do however have tables along the window for waiting and eating. When you enter there's a giant menu on the back wall. We tried the beef rib and decided to get their burger with fries, pork rib tips and their take on fried biscuits. The beef rib was very enjoyable. I got it with the sauce on the side and it was juicy and tender. The burger and fries were okay. The burger itself was a little dry. The rib tips were also all right. The ones we received weren't very meaty. The biscuits were really good and hot. Once they are finished cooking they are drizzled in syrup. The service was great. The wait for our food was moderate, about 20 minutes. There's on street parking. I honestly can't remember if there was a side parking lot. It wins my award for the worst barbecue I've ever had. -The ribs were so overdone they were a soggy mush in a pile next to the bones. They mix bbq sauce with the ribs and the consistency was like a loose, greasy pulled pork (definitely not something you want in ribs). -The fried biscuit was unique. It was sweet and puffy like a small donut, it was the best thing I had in this meal. -The mac and cheese was bland (not very cheesy) and the baked beans were under-cooked. -Do not order the peach cobbler. It came packaged crammed in a small plastic container and was the consistency of soggy bread pudding mixed with slices of uncooked peaches. -The chicken was your typical chicken (for this type of place), not much flavor and doused with BBQ sauce. The ribs used to be meatier, tender, and falling off the bone good! Here lately the ribs are dry, tough, and hard to chew. I don't mind paying for what I like but, these ribs cost too much and they don't taste like they used to. I recently placed a catering order. I purchased 4 ribs and every one of them were tough.
